Sitting in the airport at 7 am after a 14-hour wedding day...😴 We wouldn't have it any other way. Yesterday was incredible!! We celebrated the sweetest couple and had the most epic dance party. 🎉 Now, back home to our babies. ✈️

18 months of stress and anticipation all lead to this walk. The emotions can be overwhelming. Here are our best tips to stay present:

1. If you have a mantra or prayer that brings you comfort, take a moment to say it either out loud or to yourself before you enter the ceremony

2. Breathe

3. Don't rush it! Take the extra 20-30 seconds to absorb the moments

4. Look up and make eye contact with your soon to be spouse

We give everything to our events, and it leaves us feeling blissfully drained. We have spent many a morning after a wedding, lazy in bed, going over the highlights of the night before. These mornings are always kind of a lovely blur of sleepiness and satisfaction of completing another couple's wedding journey. 💗
