We want to thank who ever it is going around and damaging our toilets seems its on all the takeovers and we are constantly repairing doors or latches. None of the others have issues only ones we have taken over.. seems somone is butthurt. However we respond as quick as we can and make sure repairs are done.. but thank you for helping us make that customer service call even better by our quick response.
