"Hey! My name is Chris and I am the owner/operator of Blast From the Past Vintage which has been in operation since January 2020. We are a local small business that has a goal of reducing the environmental strain caused by the ever-growing problem of fast fashion. Clothes that are produced now are extremely low quality and often come from unethical production across the world. These items tend to last a few wears before falling apart and ending up in huge landfills everywhere. Seeing this issue, we decided to start collecting and redistributing clothing that range from the 60s to Y2K. Every decade has a totally different style and we love watching people feel nostalgic seeing clothes that are similar to what they wore in their past. By doing so, we've been able to give a second chance of life to thousands of pieces of clothing in the 3 years since we began operating.

Recently we have begun to branch out into other genres of vintage items, including (but not limited to); cameras, video games, household items and even toys/collectibles. Every item we carry is hand-picked by myself or my partner Erin. We both pride ourselves on being as green as possible and protecting the environment for the future. Every item we find has a unique story, but we don't want that story to end just yet. A lot of the items have tons of life left in them, and deserve to be loved by a new owner rather than spending the remainder of their time in a landfill."

One of our two original jerkies, "Hello Sweet-ie" is a sweet jerky with a hint of salty.

Don't Be Salty
One of our two original jerkies, "Don't be salty" is a salty jerky with a hint of sweet.

Oh Honey (Garlic)
A sweet jerky, "oh honey (garlic)" is made with real honey and fresh garlic to give it a classic honey garlic flavour.

It's No Big Dill
Something different, "it's no big dill" is a tangy dill pickle flavour made with real dill pickle juice

You're A Jerk
One of our spicy jerky flavours, "you're a jerk" is sweet and salty with jerk spice giving it flavour, a kick of spice, and its name.
