What a truly fabulous and emotional event Bringing the Boys Home 2024 was!! Some wonderful groups, many working together for the first time and every one of them volunteers, pulled together a brilliant set of scenarios that showed some of what our lads went through, the chaos of dealing with mass casualties and the care and medical skills that got so many of them back home. Photos and videos are just starting to come through and we will share them as they come. In the meantime, very many thanks to the Matlock Pals, Nimy Company, Vads and Vicars, On War Service, Remy Sidings CCS, Lives of the Past, Pro Patria, FR73, The Queen's Own Royal West Kent Regiment, Kentwelllies and of course, Kentwell Hall itself, for an enormous amount of enthusiasm and commitment - and to our fabulous visitors who engaged, immersed themselves and shared so many stories of their own loved ones who served, sacrificed and lived on with the effects of war.
