-Pulse of The Punta-
Punta is a traditional dance and music genre originating from the Garifuna people of Central America, particularly in countries like Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. Punta is characterized by its fast-paced drumming, usually performed with traditional Garifuna drums, and often accompanied by other instruments such as maracas, turtle shells, and guitars.

The Great Blue Hole is a giant marine sinkhole off the coast of Belize. It lies near the center of Lighthouse Reef, a small atoll 70 km (43 mi) from the mainland and Belize City. The hole is circular in shape, 318 m (1,043 ft) across and 124 m (407 ft) deep.

"Hudutu" is a traditional Garifuna dish from Central America, particularly popular in Honduras, Belize, and Guatemala. It is made from the mashing of both ripe and green plantains together.

while "Semana" means "Week"
