Volunteers are an essential part of bringing The Feelin’ Groovy Festival, a FREE family-friendly event, to our community! Every single planner and worker at the Festival is a volunteer, no one gets paid, and we’d love to have you be a part of the fun!

Volunteers are needed on:
Friday, November 7, 2025 from 5 pm – 8 pm Assisting with setting up interactive areas

Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon Assisting directing vendors to their locations and helping those that need assistance. NO heavy lifting will be required.

Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 12 noon to 7 pm 2-3 hour shifts, we appreciate any amount of time over that if you wish to be available longer.
Volunteer opportunities are available including but not limited to the following areas:
• Hospitality:
Booth sitting while vendors take potty breaks, or get lunch, and/or possibly picking up lunch for vendors from the food court.

• Overseeing activities:
• Kids activities. We will have two fields of games for free play (all ages). Overseeing involves just watching to make sure play is running smoothly and game pieces remain in the play area (balls, frisbees, etc.. )
• Photo Ops: being available to take photos of visitors at the photo op areas (with their camera or phone)

Volunteering is a fun time for groups of friends, work groups, church groups, scout groups, school clubs, civic groups and individuals wanting to hang out with new friends. Also perfect for students needing volunteer hours.

If you or your group are interested in volunteering, please send an email to [email protected]. We are going to hold a couple of volunteer meetings in October and will send you the information as soon as we have the dates for the meetings set.

We are opening auditions for The Groovy Voice Competition!! 8 contestants will be chosen from the auditions to compete at The Feelin’ Groovy Festival on November 8th.

Trophies and ca$h prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!

All ages welcome to audition.

The Tyn Tymes Band will be our featured performers for the Feelin’ Groovy Festival!!! This awesome fun band will be playing all the hits and you are going to want to dance and sing along!!!

The Tyn Tymes Band brings high energy and fun to the party!! We’re going to tell you to bring a blanket or some chairs, but we doubt you’ll want to sit down!

1. Caricature artist (limited to 1st approved)
2. Face painting (limited to 1st approved)
3. Art class: offer a step by step art class and schedule numerous classes throughout the day with preregistration
4. Children’s activities, balloon art, bubbles, etc.. anything hands on that gets the crowd involved.
Message us your ideas and we’ll help formulate a plan!

Or theme your products: If you already make these type items, just theme them to the show: jewelry, clothing, hats, sublimation, stickers,
bookmarks, art, key chains, signs, art, magnets, etc by adding peace signs, sunflowers, daisies, bohemian or 60s & early 70s designs and sayings.

DO NOT pay anyone other than Growing Wild Events for a vendor space. We will invoice accepted applicants or give you information on mailing in your payment.

Go ahead and grab some bubbles while the stores have them in stock. We’re planning a Bubble Blast during the afternoon of the Festival. We’ll be posting all the details closer to the event, but you’ll need bubbles, with wands or bubble fans, anything that helps you blow bubbles!

We’ll be having Fun Fun Fun!! (And daddy’s not taking the T-bird away!)
