The Groovy Voice is looking for fun loving singers to audition for the November 8th competition.

Enter by completing the audition registration form and submitting two songs for your audition.

Choose two songs that charted or were hits from 1965-1972. Email your registration form and mp3s or videos of you singing the two songs. MP3s or videos are acceptable.

Deadline to apply to audition is October 15. The audition committee will listen to all the auditions. They will not know the names of contestants or see the videos. They will judge on voice only.

Deadline to apply for auditions has been extended to October 15th. The committee will listen to all auditions and announce the 8 contestants that will move on to the stage performance.

If you can’t record MP3s we have decided you can send a video with your two audition songs. No one on the audition committee will be allowed to view the video or know the names of the contestants during judging. The audition committee will vote by sound only.

Attention crafters and artisans, vendors .... We do still have vendor space available. DO NOT answer anyone that posts comments on our posts saying to contact them to apply. If you are interested in being a vendor, message our page, or email [email protected].

Counting the applications we are approving today, all spaces for Tie Dye, crochet and bread are filled. We can wait list you if you are interested in case of an opening.

Other categories are close to filling, so don't delay in applying to be a part of the Feelin' Groovy Festival!

Volunteers are an essential part of bringing The Feelin’ Groovy Festival, a FREE family-friendly event, to our community! Every single planner and worker at the Festival is a volunteer, no one gets paid, and we’d love to have you be a part of the fun!

Volunteers are needed on:
Friday, November 7, 2025 from 5 pm – 8 pm Assisting with setting up interactive areas

Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon Assisting directing vendors to their locations and helping those that need assistance. NO heavy lifting will be required.

Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 12 noon to 7 pm 2-3 hour shifts, we appreciate any amount of time over that if you wish to be available longer.
Volunteer opportunities are available including but not limited to the following areas:
• Hospitality:
Booth sitting while vendors take potty breaks, or get lunch, and/or possibly picking up lunch for vendors from the food court.

• Overseeing activities:
• Kids activities. We will have two fields of games for free play (all ages). Overseeing involves just watching to make sure play is running smoothly and game pieces remain in the play area (balls, frisbees, etc.. )
• Photo Ops: being available to take photos of visitors at the photo op areas (with their camera or phone)

Volunteering is a fun time for groups of friends, work groups, church groups, scout groups, school clubs, civic groups and individuals wanting to hang out with new friends. Also perfect for students needing volunteer hours.

If you or your group are interested in volunteering, please send an email to [email protected]. We are going to hold a couple of volunteer meetings in October and will send you the information as soon as we have the dates for the meetings set.
