Lesson learnt: feel your own limits, listen to your body, I will try to remember...
After class yesterday I psuhed my limits and did a video-recap even though my body said don't!

First video from yeasterday afternoon, 2nd video from this mornings "walk". I got to borrow an e-kick-bike and I am so greatful for that.🙏

Yesterday a visit at the hospital, today to the fysioteraput. Conclusion: It is not as bad as it first seemed, GREAT! 😁
And for the upcoming 1-2 weeks I'll try not dance or walk more than necessary and slowly build up and recover my achilles tendonitis.

I will be fine soon and until then we hope to see videos of you dancing 😍

Shim Sham, Solo-Jazz. Solo but still together. Togetherness!
This video was recorded this summer at Heedman Dance Camp. The dates for the upcoming summer is 26-30 of July 2025. We hope that you will be able to join us for this small, cozy and family-like event where we want to share the togetherness with you!
And if you can’t wait till July you can come join us 24-26 of January when we do Heedman Dance Camp – Winter edition. We are looking forward to be dancing with you again!

We really did enjoy this song, the energy, the inspiration it gave us to the steps. Steps that felt so joyful, palyful and easy. Thank you Slim & Slam for this song and for inspiering us to dance
