Heedman Dance Camp is coming up!
26-30 July in Luleå at the luxurious Elite City Hotel, just by the harbour with it's docks to swim from. So straight from class to a refreshing swim in the ocean :).
If you were att our camp last year you can see in these photos that the dance venue has been upgrade even more.
Both classes and evening dances will be held in the most beautiful ballroom in Luleå: "Festivitetssalen", in the very heart of Elite Hotel.

We are in a creative process. In search of music, steps, text, thoughts and preconceived ideas about: manhood. What is masculinity? What defines "being a man"? What does young boys think is "to become a man"? We are going to talk to different people, mostly people who identify themselves as men, to get an idea about how the thoughts might go around this subject. Any input - what is "Manhood"/"being manly"/"being a man"/"masculinity" to you?

All the cats join in! Improvisation and rhythm. Daniel is movin' and groovin' to George Gee's band and if you want to come movin' and groovin' with us this evening we have class at 19:30 in Spegelsalen, Pontusbadet, Luleå.

Lindy hop beginner charleston 2:nd class. Tonight will be the 3rd lesson and we are looking forward to it! No matter how tired we feel before going to class we always leave flying high on endorphines.
