I had the chance to check off one of my bucket list hikes for J+H's elopement last Friday and it was nothing short of magical 😍 Waking up before sunrise, hiking 18km throughout the day on top of 8+ hours of driving, and being able to take these two here made it soooo worth it ✨

This was one of the first weekends in awhile where I got a chance to really just relax and take it easy. As much as I’m always doing something, it was a nice change to just cozy up at home. My favorite things for self care is doing a skincare routine, eating dessert and watching a movie. What’s your fave thing to do to unwind? 💆‍♀️

we were truly blessed with great weather last weekend for D&M’s special day! There was 100% chance of rain in the forecast but instead we ended up with sunny skies 😍 I always tell couples to take the forecast here with a grain of salt since it’s ever changing, and you never know what you’ll end up with😉

i love letting my surroundings guide my inspiration for getting creative. I swear I could go into a day having a ton of ideas and forget them all 10 minutes later… but sometimes you just come across something that sparks your creativity and you think to yourself “ok this is perfect”. ✨

Did you know that instead of popping champagne you can pop sparkling water and it has the same effect? Ps: The trick to getting the spray is using your thumb on top like it’s a hose 🍾✨

But why would you want to use sparkling water instead of champagne?

#1: its eco-friendly
#2: you won’t attract bugs & critters
#3: you won’t be sticky
#4: you can drink & enjoy your champagne instead 😉

Being in nature is a perfect time to not only destress, but also remind us of how small we are in comparison to the world around us. All of the little things we worry about, worst-case scenario situations we stress over, and the things that at the end of the day aren’t a big deal, we can let go of. Maybe it’s the fresh air, or the stillness, or the view, but it’s a time where we’re given the chance to really disconnect and just be present, and there’s nothing quite like being surrounded by the beauty of nature while eloping. It’s the perfect time to truly focus on each other and take it all in, without stress or distractions. 🍃🕊

after the stress of postponing, having to move venues and change all of the plans they had in place— their day ended up being more beautiful than ever. Surrounded by their closest loved ones, Their family friends offered them their beautiful vintage home & farm for their special day and it couldn’t have been more perfect 🥹
