Wishing Gabriella All the Luck in the World! We couldn't be happier to have worked on such an exciting project 🌟
I know it's a bit late, but I am now officially open! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for all the work that went into getting my little place up and running in such little time!
M P H Painting and Decorating for doing an amazing job of painting the outside.
Charlotte Designs Mural ArtistSarah is such a talented sign writer and I couldn't be happier with it.
Duncan sands for all my electrical's and my amazing lights!
Jerry Oxley who did a fab job plastering.
Larry the local handy man who has been a massive help with flooring, fridges, coffee machines and just generally everything and is still continuing to be a big help whenever i need him.
Matt from wild leaf who helped me and my staff set up the till and taught us how to use it.
Dave Harris and Nick Smith who are the most amazing carpenters, they built my beautiful counter, wine rack, my bar and are still doing lots more work to the place!
Philippa Lauren Grout at Pip Interiors who has been working with me since March to design and style the deli and coffee bar to exactly how it looks now, I don't know how i would have coped without her through-out this whole process, she made everything so easy and stress free for me and there's not one thing i would change about it!
Dani at Done & Dusted Design who done all my branding, Dani has been so patient with me and has done the best job!
My partner Sam Ficek who has not only worked so many late nights painting the inside, setting up my launch and helping me plan and project manage the whole thing. He's also been there for emotional support and just my rock when everything all got a bit too much and is still continuing to support me through this whole process. Friends who have also been there working so many late nights Petrie Nyman Nathan Cannon and Maply for doing my exposed brick work, sanding and being the best handy men!
Kelleigh Sayer-Hall and Amy-Lou Revitt my two new employees who have successfully held the fort whilst i work on all my crazy orders and move house since opening! They have done a great job running the place so far and i know they'll continue to do a great job!
Nicholas Giovanni Cocchiarella and Lydia Cocchiarella for all the endless shopping trips and going all the way to wales to get my amazing cream freezer, building all my tables and chairs, cleaning the place, as well as helping me mover house!
To all my lovely customers, the businesses in Olney and friends who have supported me from day one, for all the cards and gifts, i couldn't be more grateful for your continuous support and for helping my little business grow and without you guys i wouldn't have come this far! Dave Woodward and Kimberley Willett for all the help with my launch and taking some fab pictures! Phonebox Magazine and PhoneboxFoodie for the amazing write up and for taking for great pictures also!
And last but not least, I'am so thankful to have the BEST parents Julie Cocchiarella Giovanni Felice Cocchiarella They have always supported me and encouraged me to work hard and to really keep going for what i want in life! This is what I've wanted for so long and i never thought I would ever have my own Italian kitchen. I've grown up at the restaurant and watched dad cook and teach me everything he knows and my Nonna's recipes. He's the happiest man i know who loves his job so very much. My mum for being my number 1 fan! She does all my running around, my admin, my advertising and has looked after me more than ever these past few months and kept pushing me to keep going and not to give up! This wouldn't have run as smoothly without her.
They've taught me everything about having my own business and if i can make Gabriella's cucina Italiana as successful as They have with Donzella Italian Restaurant & Wines. i will be a very happy girl :)
