We have had the honor of supporting YWCA Spokane for four years now on their Evening in Tuscany event. In those years, we have witnessed tremendous growth through purpose driven work and strategy. Loyal, longterm donors and sponsors are invited to this exclusive event and each year they continue to break fundraising records. With over $350,000 raised and a 115% increase in giving compared to last year, it is truly a gift to see the overwhelming support for the work they are doing in our community. ✨

Earlier this month we traveled to New York City to support Team Telomere and their Cocktails & Chromosomes event! 🏙️ It was a special evening meeting new friends, celebrating the organization's accomplishments and raising critical funds for the incredible work they are doing to supporting families impacted by telomere biology disorders.

Are you subscribed to our newsletter? 📩 For the month of June, we talked about the importance of safety in events.

We realize the great responsibility we have to protect each person from harm at our events. Whether we are working with high profile talent, recognizing the chance of protestors at an event or acknowledging that safety measures are needed because of a venue's location, it is vital to consider and plan for guest safety. We consistently ask ourselves, "What measures need to be taken to ensure the event is a fun experience for guests, but also safe?"

Safety looks different for each event we produce and the considerations are unique to the space, talent, capacity, and topic. If you're ever unsure of whether or not you've properly assessed risk at your event, you are always welcome to contact us!

We want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible gift that Sarah is to our team and our clients. What a joy it has been to have her on our team for the past 2 years! ✨

Sarah has been an invaluable asset to us. Her background in the government sector made her a perfect fit for her first two projects - The City of Spokane Valley 20th Anniversary Celebration and the launch of STA's CityLine. Since then, she has brought sparkle to our clients' marketing efforts, she manages event guests making sure hundreds of people are cared for from registration to check in and her creative ideas breathe life into thoughts turned reality.

On Memorial Day weekend, we worked with The Native Gathering on the 2025 Pacific NorthWest Powwow at the . With over 2,000 attendees, the event was an incredible celebration. It's an honor to work and play with such a hardworking and dedicated group. Be sure to mark your calendar for 2026 - this is a not to be missed gathering.

When was the last time an event truly stuck with you? We believe every great event starts with intention. In a world that moves fast, the most meaningful moments are the ones we create with purpose.

In January, we had the privilege of partnering with Wishing Star Foundation for the sixth time on their annual "Wishes & Wine - A Taste of Spokane" event. With years of connection to their mission, we wanted to create a new moment—one that would deepen the bond between guests and the courageous children Wishing Star serves. ⭐

One of our team members was inspired by the tradition of Wishing Trees, where people write heartfelt hopes on paper and hang them in honor of others. This simple, yet powerful gesture transformed the room. It wasn’t just a program element, it was a pause for purpose. It was a way for guests to feel personally connected to a child’s journey, and to the greater impact of Wishing Star’s mission. We’re honored to help create experiences that not only raise funds—but also spark hope, inspire empathy, and leave a lasting imprint.

Sarah and Jennifer had the opportunity to attend the "State of Downtown" breakfast on May 30th. It was both inspiring and difficult to hear from leaders in our community about the challenges facing our city and the hard work being done to recover our downtown neighborhoods.

Downtown is one of our favorite places to be - there is so much to soak in and enjoy. We suggest taking the advice of the event's keynote speaker and taking yourself on a "First Date with Downtown." Plan a visit downtown - shop with a local businesses, ride the attractions at the park, have a delicious meal and maybe stop and smell the flowers (of which there are many throughout the downtown core). We hope you fall in love all over again - I know we have!
