So I’m thinking of having our next Bazaar at the Lacey Community Center next year.

I am extremely sad to let you all know, that the Christmas Bazaar is NOT going to happen this year.
The grange has let us know that whoever comes up with their money first get the Saturday we normally rent. There is someone else vying for the date.
We are not willing to front the money and i dont want to ask vendors to pay for a date that is not secure.
I’m so sorry, it was so fun meeting you all!

Hey Vendors!
It’s the day after the day after😊
I am including a picture of the aftermass explosion in my house of the bazaar.
We received a message from the Grange manager saying our deposit is in the mail. YIPEE!!!!!! Brandon and I spent over an hour in panic mode, looking for the key to the grange. Of course I had put it in a safe place where I could find it. Yes this happens a lot to me.
So the total count of customers, was 436. We had an app that our friend used to count, she may or may have not missed some people.
The raffle brought in $71.00. So the deficit is up to $197.47- however I have not received all of the receipts from Brandon yet. So I’m guessing pretty close to $300. We are so grateful to have received the deposit back, or this number would have been much more! We did not enter the cost of the new tables(4) because our family will use them, throughout the year.
We are over the top grateful for all of you, and all of this couldn’t have been accomplished without the help of the team, and our vendors!
Next year we will be raising the prices of each booth- obviously we need to come out even. We desperately want to add to the bazaar each year. Not so much vendors, but entertainment, and decorations, and fun things for kids too.
You all gave a warm Christmas Cheer to this part of Lacey!
Let’s do this again next year.
I will start taking applications beginning the end of summer, more than likely after Labor Day! So don’t leave the message group or this page:)

Please note this Page is for Vendors of this group only.
Next year I will set this page as closed, so it will no longer be public.
Just trying to keep us all safe.
There haven’t been any issues, so this is not to anyone in particular.

All decorations for our set up will be provided by us. Also the cleaning supplies. There is a chart with the vendors responsibility.
Reminder the grange is a fragrance free zone. Let’s do our best to abide to their rule.
