There was a quiet pleasure and a sense of accomplishment finishing well in the El Cajon Ford Team Open. Paul Leader appreciated the efforts each fisherman made taking Monday and Tuesday off from their everyday lives to fish his event. He wanted to make sure everyone felt it was worth their effort.l

On this Mother’s Day broadcast, we’re spending a little more time on the freshwater side of the aisle because there are issues facing fishermen that need to be attended to.
Tom Lowery from “Friends of the San Diego Lakes” well tell us why if we don’t immediately contact our city representatives and make our feelings known the budget for the freshwater fishing program here in the city will be cut drastically.
Fresh off his MLF Toyota series at lake Havasu victory Roy Hawk will go over what he did to win the championship. We’ll also talk about the overall health of the Colorado River lakes in general.
Join the radio show crew this Sunday evening starting at 5:05 PM on AM radio 540 or listen live at rodandreelradio.com for these topics and a whole lot more.

22/03/2024

This Sunday’s guests are at the top of their game. We think you’ll agree after giving us a listen.
Billy Chapman Jr. will relate to us the story of the legacy of bass fishing his dad left us all fishing Mainland Mexico.
Pro angler Dustin Connell will relive with us the road taken to his victory at the 2024 Bass Pro Shop MLF REDCREST championship on Lay Lake, Alabama.
