When the Kirkpatrick family asked if would donate balloons again this year to the 2nd Annual Josh Fest TN, I happily said “YES!” With the threat of rain & bad weather, I decided to on a few columns inside Kitchen 218 instead of an arch outside and I love how they came out!!

Yesterday, May 5th 2024, marked the one-year anniversary of The Little Balloon Co., a journey that has been filled with both epic failures and successes. When I started this little “side hustle” I never anticipated how successful it would be or the incredible individuals I would meet along the way. I am so appreciative of the encouragement & support offered by both clients and peers. You all are the reasons I have been able to make it this far. I’m thankful to those who took a chance on an unknown name. You make me truly love what I do and I couldn't have made it this far without you. A lovely repeat client reached out and needed help deciding balloon decor for for a bridal shower. We found an inspo photo she liked and then used the wedding colors & florals to bring it all together. The end result has me swooning for Spring 😍

Sometimes, as balloons artist & event planners, we can’t always be prepared for every single unforeseen circumstance. We have to learn to roll with the punches & work out the kinks to the best of our ability. And BOY was today was one of those days! Every event/client for today had some kind of unforeseen problem, from delayed setup times to changed venues & forgotten invitations! Through all that, let me just tell youuuuu that I am SO GRATEFUL for all of my amazing clients. Yall are always so understanding and flexible and it makes my job an absolute pleasure, even when circumstances don’t!

I also have to shoutout this client in particular today because they absolutely ROCKED IT!! Just look at how beautiful those balloons are! A setup turned DIY ended absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be more proud of them! 🥹🩷🤍
