About Christopher:

Christopher's passion for barbecue began in an unexpected way. Every Saturday, he would spend hours grocery shopping with his grandma, flipping through her cookbooks and recreating recipes in the kitchen. When feeling isolated, Christopher brought the fun to him. He built a fire pit, cooked gourmet meals over a bonfire, and threw unforgettable parties

. His culinary style is rooted in rustic comfort food, using local ingredients to create simple dishes with complex flavors. Every dish is a story waiting to be savored, a testament to the belief that food is more than just sustenance - it is an experience. Christophers' quest is to deliver the perfect bite, transporting you back to cherished memories of barbecues and grandma's kitchen. Despite searching for the perfect barbecue experience across the country, he never quite found it. That is when he decided to create it himself. Christopher started honing his skills, fueled by the joy of bringing people together with delicious food. Culinary school provided a strong foundation, and years of dedication led to several awards, including

Let's get the party started. Anyone wanna have some fun? I'd like to actually have a legitimate team so I can concentrate on the smaller details. Plus. I'd like to have some fun. Many hands make for light work. Plus, who doesn't like winning? I'd say my resume is strong and I'll teach you my way of doing things. So there's that. I would rather compete more than anything. I've been doing this too long to not level up. I want to build a team. Multiple events this year. Everyone would be responsible for their part in the process.
