Embracing a unique approach to house music, the E. Namorato profile has brought roots of São Paulo Brazil to his home base of Perth, Western Australia, dropping all the dance-floor weapons that electronic enthusiasts thrive on. Across the map he has curated an elaborately crafted sound with a dusky bed of classic and jazz signatures, throwing in deeper, more minimal hues with a touch of exotic, ethnic and indigenous flavours too. Having played alongside globally iconic artists including Purple Disco Machine, Gene Ferris, Nic Fanciulli and Oliver Koletzki while closing for Rodriguez Jr and joining local floor fillers Human Movement and Made in Paris, Erick is always a welcome character on any dance-floor.

As the face behind Remix Entertainment & Arts in Perth, Erick has fed the city immersive, soul-moving house music and love-fuelled beats of the Brazilian culture, while promoting his events and boutique parties in some of the city’s hottest spots. In partnership with Art Lab, Erick’s team also co-hosted The Art Games, a leading event that inspired global artists and musicians to compete, while Erick led the vibe with grooving house music sounds. Living and breathing the music from his own business straight to the DJ booth, E. Namorato’s signature has raised roofs at Perth’s premier venues Nevermind Smallclub, Geisha and Ambar while lighting up the streets of Brazil Film Festival, Beaufort Street Festival and The Arts Battle - truly keeping house music alive across the festival and arts realm. Erick has also played for some of the country’s most renowned parties for the Habitat crew, Daylite Open Air, MVMNT and more.

When Erick isn’t on stage or promoting parties around Perth, his celebrated music style has been regularly invited to the airwaves on RTRFM 92.1’s Looney Choons and Trainwreck shows, opening up new tunes and party energy to the world. With a deep and spiritual connection with music, there is no doubt the E. Namorato figure is one that takes house music to unprecedented levels, with beautiful fusions of his Brazilian homeland influences, sounds and flavours.
