The Independent & Undaground Representative
DJ Butta-Fingaz is an up and coming DJ from New Jersey. He started out as a Hip-Hop artist himself, but eventually grew tired of the shadiness and commercialism of the industry, as well as the lack of support, appreciation and opportunity for real and conscious Hip-Hop MCs. Having a true passion for music and still longing to have his foot in it somehow, he turned to DJing as his new craft. Shadowing some of the top DJs in his tri-state area, he learned about event/mobile DJing. Given several gigs by his mentors, he became well experienced and started getting booked for gigs on his own. He continues to grow as a DJ and is currently being booked on a consistent basis, whether for weddings, sweet 16s, or showcases. He has even managed to become a resident DJ at several bars and lounges in the tri-state area. He is the Independent and Undaground Representative, DJ Butta-Fingaz.
