Hola mi gente👩🏻‍🍳 se que estoy perdida, pero tuve una temporada de navidad muy especial este año! Este año pase las navidades con mis dos hijos, mi nuero y mis nietos. Y pues claro con mi esposo🤭 Bueno hoy tenía ganas de hacer unas croquetas de jamón y empanadas de jamón y queso so me puse para eso y hice todo incluso hice un salsa aioli de paprika y salsa abi verde para acompañar. When you have an abundance of homegrown basil you make wonderful 👩🏻‍🍳 and cook plump chicken breasts and large shrimp on your grill. Bumbed out that I didn’t take a photo of the chicken and shrimp. But man was it delish! Comment and I’ll send the recipe.

Hola mi gente👩🏻‍🍳 been away for a bit. Been traveling to see family so I have not done much cooking. Baking bread…well yes it my latest obsession👩🏻‍🍳 but today I made some much craved beef empanadas, homemade cheddar jalapeño sourdough bread and regular sourdough bread, churrasco with Caesar salad of which I’m sad that I forgot to take photos of, and finished the night off with homemade chocolate croissants. Maybe I’ll try this.

I made oat milk for the first time, today. The easiest and tastiest milk I’ve ever made. 3 cups water, 1/2 cup oats, blend. Add vanilla, salt and sweetener to your taste and blend again. Strain in a mesh strainer, do not squeeze. Voila! Oat milk. It took about 3 minutes, I think. I’ll time the next batch. 🙃
