Adam Del Monte, one of the leading flamenco and classical guitarist/composers of his generation, will be performing on September 17th! In addition to his work as a flamenco guitarist in a Grammy-winning opera, composing flamenco concerts, he has a variety of film credits in Toy Story 3, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and more! He'll be joined by dancer Manuel Gutierrez and singer Jose Cortez.

We were sad to hear of the great Carlos Barbosa-Lima's passing today. We are proud to have presented him four times at the Festival over the years. Our condolences go out to his family.

As new Festival Director, (Jack Cimo) I wanted to introduce myself to this wonderful community of guitar lovers. I'm excited and honored to continue the great work Russ did for many years in elevating the Festival to such a great level.

Cal Poly Arts will present the 2020 Festival in Sept, 2020! Roland Dyens will be honored with the Festival's Lifetime Achievement Award. And Cal Poly will present an award to Russ De Angelo for his decades of work on the Festival and as Roland Dyens' Manager.
