Fletcher, The Town of Crooked Ways, which satirises early 20th Century life in Pontefract, Crooked Ways is an event this area of West Yorkshire has ever seen. The inaugural event, held in May 2012, featured internationally acclaimed artists, up and coming acts from around the UK, as well as showcasing the best local talent. Bands such as Razorlight, Reverend & the Makers, The Sunshine Underground, The Whip, King Charles, Hyde & Beast and Chris Helme all graced the three Crooked Ways stages.
