Back in the summer of 1991, 260 teenagers participated in a new arts program called Gallery 37. Thirty years later, it’s called After School Matters and it’s celebrating the milestone with a major public arts project. LeeAnn Trotter reports.

We are very happy to present 'Stepping Into The Future (An ASM Showcase)'. We worked with thirteen programs, from all around the city, to create this showcase and to highlight all of the talent ASM has to offer. Grab your favorite snacks and hang out with us a little bit this evening!

Last month our program got to host ASM's Inside Look. We had a lot of fun seeing what After School Matters Second City Improv Team, Gardeneers, Launch Culinary and Tumbling Into Fitness have been up to. We're looking forward to sharing what other programs have been doing this Fall at our event next week called "Stepping Into The Future". We'll announce details tomorrow!
