It’s Wedding Week for Brandon + Ellie!

In the charming coastal city of Pensacola, Florida, fate sparked the beginning of Brandon and Ellie's love story!

Their initial encounter was in 2016 while attending the same High School, Booker T. Washington (Go Wildcats)! Brandon had harbored a 'crush' on her from afar for quite some time, prompting him to ask for her number with a hopeful heart.

Their first "official" date, carefully planned by Brandon to impress, unfolded against the backdrop of Pensacola's stunning coastline. Over a casual meal of oysters and a leisurely stroll along the Emerald Coast, they discovered a shared appreciation for life's simple joys.

For the following two years, their bond grew stronger with each passing day. They became inseparable, seizing every opportunity to explore, laugh, and savor the beauty of their surroundings together.

As life beckoned, Brandon's academic pursuits led him to Florida State University, while Ellie remained rooted in Pensacola. She forged her path in the world of styling before venturing into entrepreneurship with the launch of her very own marketing agency, Clout Haus Media.

Despite the physical distance, their love endured. Weekend getaways between Pensacola and Tallahassee became cherished rituals, filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and the thrill of spontaneous adventures orchestrated by Brandon.

Upon Brandon's graduation, they both took a few months to figure out what it was that they wanted out of life. After some deep reflection, it became apparent to both of them that it didn't matter where life would lead them, as long as they had each other. So, they embraced a new chapter in 30A, Florida, where they thrived professionally and fell in love all over again.

Fueled by their shared ambition and a desire for new horizons, they took a leap of faith in 2022 and ventured West to Austin, Texas with their two rescue cats, Alys and Austin!

On Ellie's 25th birthday, Brandon orchestrated a heartfelt proposal amidst the charm of New Orleans and the company of great friends in the Sculpture Garden at City Park. He got down on one knee and surprised Ellie with the ring of her dreams!

Now, as they stand on the verge of November 9, 2024, Brandon and Ellie eagerly anticipate the next chapter of their story—their wedding day.

Congratulations to Mr. + Mrs. Colton Lee!

Yesterday was an absolute amazing day for this beautiful couple! We could not be happier to have been a part. Goodness, from the bride and groom, to their families and bridal party, to their vendor team…..it was just simply perfect!

Taylor was incredibly stunning! She chose to have First Looks with her lovely bridesmaids, then her handsome groom and her precious Dad. These are always some of our favorite moments and they did not disappoint.

The ceremony performed by Colton’s friend, Hayden was so very sweet. The backdrop was breathtaking and God truly blessed us with great weather.

The reception was so much fun beginning with the first dances and followed by a delicious meal. After the faux exit, Taylor + Colton were able to relax by mingling, dancing and enjoying the night with their friends and families.

Colton + Taylor, it was an honor to serve you. Thank you for having us. We pray many blessings over you as you begin this new chapter.

Today begins Wedding Week for Colton + Taylor!

Colton and Taylor met through mutual friends while she was in nursing school at Southern Miss about 5 years ago. They communicated here and there over a few months time span and eventually reunited. In the last 4 years they haven’t missed a beat! Some asked Colton last year when he would propose and Colton said “By the end of the year.” And in true Colton fashion he did just that, he proposed on New Year’s eve! They are so excited to be married and to see what the future holds as they become husband and wife.

Looking forward to another beautiful weekend serving this gorgeous couple!

🤍Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Joshua + Jillian Minchew🤍

We had the privilege of serving this precious couple yesterday at The Venue at Anderson Oaks. God could not have blessed us with a more beautiful day to celebrate these two becoming one. Jillian was one stunning bride!

Although this bride + groom decided not to have a First Look, Jillian did share one with her Father and Grandfather. These moments are always so special.

We admired how Joshua + Jillian took time during their very sweet ceremony which was performed by their uncle, to take communion and honor Jillian’s stepfather, Joe, as he recently passed. Jillian’s bouquet was also adorned with a charm representing Joe. What memories to cherish forever.

Their private vows at sunset with the fall foliage and leaves blowing was just breathtaking. Their love and commitment was very evident.

The brides cake was made by the groom’s grandmother. Such a wonderful and meaningful gift to the couple.

After the reception, guests lined the sidewalk with sparklers to wish the couple blessings as they begin this new chapter as one.

Joshua + Jillian, thank you for allowing us to serve you on your special day. It was an honor for us to be a part. We wish you all the happiness!

Their love story began earlier than most. They met in eighth grade and instantly clicked. If you had asked them a few weeks after they met if they ever thought they would be here today, their answer would have been a definite NO! Their story began as best friends but quickly became an amazing love story. Their ability to bring smiles to each another's faces is one of the things they adore most about each other. Throughout their time together over the last few years, they have made countless memories that they will cherish forever. God placed them in each other’s path and they cannot wait to continue this journey with each other and follow the path that God has paved for their lives.

Picking the right photographer is an important part of the planning process. You want to choose a photographer that can deliver the style photographs that you envision. Do you want a light and airy style that feels soft and delicate, or do you envision a warmer style that captures the warmth of the sunset and candlelight? Are you looking for all styled shots or do you want candid photos or a combination of both? After you have secured your photographer, communication is key. If there are specific shots you would like, it is best to make a list to share with them. Life is too short to say no to cake. One of the most anticipated events during a wedding is the cake cutting. However, many times who is going to cut the cake gets overlooked. Be sure that this task has been delegated to the appropriate person. Brides should never assume their caterer will cut and serve the cake. This is a service that some caterers do not offer or charge extra for. For brides using a caterer that does not offer cake cutting they will need to ask someone to be responsible for this and have a knife, server and gloves ready for them. Having these little details worked out prior to the big day helps to ensure the day runs smoothly and that wedding guests get to enjoy a sweet treat after dinner.

“Girls just want to have fun” but we can’t forget about the boys! Grooms, we want your day to go as smoothly as possible and we have a few tips to help. First and foremost, take care of yourself. Make sure you get a good nights rest before your big day. Once you wake up rested be sure to eat and stay hydrated. Second, make sure everything is in place with your attire. Try that suit on before the big day and make sure you have everything you need from your socks to your cufflinks. If you are wearing a tie or bow tie, make sure you know how to tie it. Third, be sure to plan ahead. Write those vows before your wedding day so you have time to write from your heart and have your belongings together for detail shots. This can include your vows, cufflinks, shoes, cologne and any special jewelry or other items you would like captured in photos for your day. Lastly, enjoy yourself to the fullest. This is a special day to make memories with your friends, family and soon to be wife.

The temperatures are dropping, and the foliage is beginning to transform colors which means Fall weddings are here. Fall weddings are filled with colors of emerald, copper, burgundy and oranges and have gorgeous florals that include sunflowers, eucalyptus and pampas grass. Music plays a very important role in your wedding day. It sets the mood from the prelude throughout the reception. A superb DJ will be able to run your day seamlessly. When picking a DJ, please keep in mind what vibe you would like for your big day. Would you like someone to simply play songs, or a DJ who interacts with your guests? Does the DJ have equipment for both indoor and outdoor music? Be sure to ask. If your wedding is both indoor and outdoor, it is important to communicate this to your DJ so they can be prepared to bring the correct set up. You may want to also ask for references and listen to one of their events prior to booking to ensure that you are hiring someone that will match your wants and needs. Once you find the perfect match for your big day, put on your dancing shoes and dance the night away!

Congratulations to Mr. + Mrs. Rickey Seeden!

We were honored to serve this sweet beautiful couple yesterday. They, along with their bridal party and families were such a pleasure to serve.

Michelle chose to do a first look with her precious Daddy. What a moment to cherish!

She and her handsome groom decided to save their first look for the altar where they also shared their personal vows. It was just perfect.

After photos and cocktail hour, they danced their first dances before joining their guests for dinner.

Dinner was followed by the cake cutting and toast, the bouquet and garter toss and a faux sparkler exit.

Then, for the rest of the evening, they enjoyed mingling and dancing with their friends and family.

It was a great day! Thank you Rickey + Michelle for choosing us and allowing us to be apart of your special day. May God richly bless you both as you begin this new chapter as one. 🤍

It was a warm day on Saturday, August 10th at The Venue at the Bakery Building in Hattiesburg, MS. But not as warm as our hearts! You cannot be around Peyton and Madison long before you feel such warmth and genuineness from them. They are absolutely pleasurable.

Their day started with the bride having first looks with her Dad and then her handsome groom. Both were priceless. The private vows shared between this couple were evident that after 6 years of dating, they knew each other well and were ready to devote their entire beings to each other. Forever cherished moments.

One thing we loved the most was how important it was for Peyton and Madison to have Jesus be the center of their day. It was evident from the time the Pastor began, to the parents praying over them and then ending with a prayer of blessing from a very dear friend.

Another thing we loved, was the families of this couple and their bridal party. The greatest people to serve. It was obvious from the beginning how loved Peyton and Madison are. All of these people put the bride and groom’s special day first, making it the best it could be.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Peyton (Madison) Lundy! We are so happy for you guys. Thank you for having us and allowing us to serve you. We wish you many abundant blessings, always! 🤍
