💌✨ When Should You Send Your Wedding Invitations? 🕊️💍

One of the most common questions we get from couples.

Let’s break it down, stress-free:

📬 Save the Dates:

➤ 6–8 months before the wedding (or 8–12 months for destination weddings).

This gives guests time to mark their calendars, book travel, and plan ahead!

💌 Formal Invitations:

➤ 6–8 weeks before the big day.

This is the sweet spot—close enough that details are set, but early enough for RSVPs to roll in on time.

✈️ Destination Weddings:

➤ Send invites 3 months in advance to give guests plenty of time to arrange travel and accommodations.

🗓️ RSVP Deadline Tip:

Set your RSVP date for 3–4 weeks before the wedding, so you have time to finalize your seating chart and guest count for vendors.

💡Bonus tip: Order your invitations early—printing, addressing, and assembling always take longer than expected (and you don’t want to rush this part!).

Mr. + Mrs. Tim Lala!

Congratulations to Tim + Ari on their vow renewal. Covid prevented their planned wedding with all their precious friends and family 5 years ago. However, on Saturday, May 10, 2025, they were able to have the celebration they wanted. The day turned out great. Everything was just beautiful. It was such an honor to serve this gorgeous couple and we were quite smitten with their 2 little boys, who immediately stole our hearts.

Once dinner is served and the cake has been cut, it is time to get the party started! A fun way to create a party atmosphere is using glow favors. Glow favors can include foam glow wands, glow sticks, glow hats, glow tambourines and even glow rings. Guests from 1 to 100 love dancing with their glow favors. On Good Friday, April 18th, Michael and Phelecia became one. We are so happy for them as they begin this new chapter together.
