Hollis is working towards a degree in broadcast media production at Montgomery College. In addition to his studies, Hollis has maintained a job at 1450 AM WTHU for five years. When the pandemic hit, he quickly adjusted to his "new normal" and transitioned to on-line college classes to continue his studies while still working at the radio station. Hollis has incorporated both in-person and remote connections to make the most of his college experiences and other activities. He works with his coach from The Arc of Frederick County virtually to keep organized and build skills. He also volunteers in-person to care for and ride horses, is the treasurer of the radio club at school, and an active member of Future Farmers of America. He is excited for what the future holds for him!
