Meet Travis (and his wife Tracie) from the Magnolia Mansfield. Travis is part of the team of local chefs creating the food for the World's Longest Lunch in Mansfield on 13th March. He hasn't always been in Mansfield - Travis has worked throughout Europe and Australia at restaurants such as Cafe di Stasio in St Kilda, Le Gavroche in London and Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Glasgow. The Maggie Tree is now his home and definitely the place to book for your special lunch or dinner.
Part of the Melbourne Food and Wine festival, this Long Lunch will be held at the High Country Maze in Gough's Bay. Guests will "fall down the rabbit hole" as they twist and turn their way through the maze before landing at the long table for 100. Sound like fun? Well it will be.
