✨W A L K E R is 1✨ Our friend and client Erin wanted to use her cute Dr. Seuss blanket as backdrop. She asked us to add balloons and truffula trees around it and a few clusters around the venue. This was the result 😍

Rainbow themed Baby Shower 🌈💜🧡🤍

Of course I had to do my own balloons for my baby shower 🫣
This themed was chosen to honor my rainbow daughter Bianca after the loss of my twin sons that were stillborn in 2022 - Liam and Isaac👼🏼👼🏼
Starting this business was a way for me to cope with depression after my loss. I needed to do something to keep me sane. Not Your Basic Parties has been a blessing since then, keeping my mind busy and giving me the opportunity to meet amazing people along the way. I love my clients! 😍

🌧🌈I never really liked the “rainbow baby” concept that comes from “after every storm comes a rainbow” I hated thinking of my boys as a storm. They were, and are, a blessing in my life, not a storm, but losing them was the biggest storm I’ve ever had to endure. Bianca is coming not to replace them, but to bring joy back into our lives. Grief and happiness now side by side, and we’re in the middle.

If you also suffered a loss and is expecting again, why not consider a rainbow baby shower? I thought it turned out to be the cutest 😍 the rainbow arch would also look super cute for a girl’s birthday party. The ideas are endless!
