Thank you to everyone for liking my Paella2u page and all the wonderful comments, I am blown away at the distance it has reached from a simple 4 photos at last Saturdays function , I have had great comments from Aruba, Venezuela, Argentina , Japan, China, Indonesia Thailand , USA, England , Italy, Colombia , Brazil, Peru, Spain, Germany and of course my wonderful country Australia pretty good 3 days I think - Gregorio

Finally a perfect night to cook paella ! The best night no wind!, no rain!, a magnificent balmy Melbourne evening follow that up with amazing Spanish vino tinto ! Perfecto quesos icy cold cervesa ! Paella on the river ....... 20 times I tried to organize and 20 times it rained we were determined in the end we cooked the paella under a bridge and loved every moment
