In other news, I've got a new DJ residency - it seems Stretford Dogs Club is finally going home to Stretford to take up residence at the wonderful HEAD Stretford once a month. First 2 dates are

Friday 17th November
Friday 15th December

Honestly can't tell you how good it feels to be playing music again.

So, the last 4 years have been a living hell. Dealing with massive mental health issues and not being able to be in the right frame of mind to put together some music for you, until now.

I spent last night at Pirate DJ Studios in Manchester putting this together and finally it felt right.

All of the tracks on the mix were bought during Covid but I just couldn't get in the right frame of mind to put them together.

For the first time in years I feel like I'm back in the room, a sign of that is wanting to DJ and listening to and playing music.

Incase you missed this over the last month, here's a link to a project I've been working on entitled "A 10 Year Residency on Planet Earth."

As you know I always recorded mixes and put them online for people to listen to. What I've done is carefully selected just 10 of them over the past 10 years for people to listen to, my 10 favourites as such.

I found that perhaps I had too much music online before so I've trimmed them all down to just this 10.

It's a mixture of podcasts & live mixes and they move chronologically over the last 10 years - so a mix a year. Hope you enjoy listening back to them.

As you know I changed my name from Stretford Dogs Club to Muttnik a few years back whilst I was working on something and FB being FB are making it very difficult for me to change my name back, despite everyone knowing me as SDC.

Plus, I'm just about to start DJing again now the pandemic is over, very frustrating for promo.

So, I've had to write this post to let people know that I was once Stretford Dogs Club then changed my name to Muttnik for a few years, and now I am back being Stretford Dogs Club.
