Busy busy week. Last Friday (*7/12) closed on a lovely condo in Nottingham with my client. Monday went under agreement on Stratham Heights Rd in Stratham, Tuesday arranged all the details for a new listing in Dover with a great friend, Thursday did a final walkthrough for a new construction buy in Hampton that we're closing on today! And finished off the day on Thursday with a home inspection for the house in Stratham. Closing is at 10AM for my clients dream home that they designed every space to their specs - it's absolutely beautiful. I'll add pics later!

When I first started DJ’ing at weddings, Megan’s mom and dad - Lisa and Wayne - had me as their DJ. It was within the first few
months of my debut as a wedding DJ and I was absolutely terrified at every single one of them. Their family and friends were so much fun and they were so nice that it was a perfect wedding for them too! So to do their daughter’s wedding many years later was a true honor and pleasure.

My Breast Cancer Support fashion show at the Wentworth by the Sea CC on Sunday was truly amazing. Most of the models are cancer survivors or have a close friend or family member who has gone through treatment. The clothing was gorgeous, and the whole event was fun, touching and hopeful for a cure.

The ultimate in local fashion shows! Join us at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club from 2PM - 5PM. Local boutiques send their models and fashions to support this much needed cause. Still a few tickets left!! After my sister had breast cancer we found out just how expensive, invasive and life altering this disease is. I'll be the emcee for the event (4th year!) and hope to see you there.

Excellent turnout for the Doggie Paddle
plunge for the NH SPCA! The event raised almost $30,000 for the animals. Over the past year they had as many as 18 horses (at one time!!) and just this past week took in 3 transports of dogs and cats that came here from Texas that would have been dead right now if the SPCA hadn’t taken them in. Euthanize is just a nice way to say kill, we all know that, right?

Consider adopting or fostering an animal. And please don’t forget that as little as $5 helps save a life.
