Rebecca and Eric. I looked forward to their wedding ever since they hired me, you know how you just hit it off with people? These two are amazing, fun, warm, lovely and a couple you want to hang out with! Busy busy week. Last Friday (*7/12) closed on a lovely condo in Nottingham with my client. Monday went under agreement on Stratham Heights Rd in Stratham, Tuesday arranged all the details for a new listing in Dover with a great friend, Thursday did a final walkthrough for a new construction buy in Hampton that we're closing on today! And finished off the day on Thursday with a home inspection for the house in Stratham. Closing is at 10AM for my clients dream home that they designed every space to their specs - it's absolutely beautiful. I'll add pics later!
