We hope this message finds you in great spirits.

We wanted to share some news with you regarding our online store. As a team dedicated to the art of special effects makeup, we've been presented with the opportunity to collaborate with larger companies on exciting projects that require our full attention. To ensure we deliver the exceptional quality and innovation you've come to expect from us, we will be temporarily closing our online store for the season.
We understand that our products are an integral part of your artistic endeavors, and we want to reassure you that this is not a permanent goodbye.
Think of it as a short intermission during our ongoing show of special effects artistry. We know this will be disappointing for many of you, and as much we would like to accommodate every new order but it is simply not tenable this season.

We're already looking forward to reopening in January 2025, and continuing to serve you with even more fantastic creations. In the meantime, we encourage you to stay connected with us on social media for updates about our reopening and new designs and products.

Dearest Scream Teamers,

With the Halloween season upon us, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may experience due to limited stock availability. We understand the excitement that comes with preparing for this exciting time of year, and we deeply regret any disappointment this may cause.
Why is this year so challenging for us? 2023 marks the 30th anniversary of The Scream Team’s collaboration with Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Fright Fest event. This huge theme park event has seen mind-boggling growth in the past few years. This has been exciting for us but the resulting schedule has truly tested our mettle. We want to be transparent with you.

Here are some hints to help the process:
- If an item you want is in stock, don’t wait to purchase. Also, have alternate in-stock designs in mind.

- We will not be able to accommodate last minute requests this year, so order before October 10.

- If you’re yearning for a particular item that is currently unavailable, we’re here to assist you. Reach out to us at [email protected], and our dedicated team will do what we can to accommodate you. Alternatively, you can also connect with us through our store’s chat messenger.
- Realize we will not have the usual turnaround times. Orders will take longer to receive, so plan accordingly.
