It’s time! If you want to join us in making flower arrangements for oncology patients at our local hospitals, please mark your calendars for 2.12! Bring a friend and get a taste of flower shop life while creating something that will brighten someone’s day. We’ll have all the flowers and tools you’ll need, plus food, conversation and cheesy pop music at the ready. Kids are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult (we suggest elementary age and up.)

It’s been a really, really good year of flowering. These pics are truly just a lil bite of it—thank you to the 36 couples and families whose celebrations we got to be part of this year in some way.

Nina and Thomas’ details: a lot of intention went into the modern, warm and tonal design by faves . We had fun interpreting that vision in the floral and candle styling but I think in the end the custom wax Davids stole the show—handmade by the wonderful based in Frederick, MD.

Diana + Spencer, on the last day of summer 🌞 9.21.24.

All local flowers, and so much heart. Diana entrusted the ceremony decor, personal flowers, and reception styling to us, and she also created her own floral arrangements with a mix of flowers, flowers from her sister’s garden, and flowers from the garden of Diana and Spencer’s Baltimore home.

The fact that I can accommodate requests for entirely local bespoke event florals, in specific color palettes and aesthetics, is a very loud testament to the local growers we work with. Thank you, and all of the other wonderful Maryland farms we work with!!

have you met Alyssa?

Alyssa Mottas started working with us in 2022 and has recently stepped into a larger role of Studio Manager. Alyssa has a hand in every part of wedding production and delivery, basically helping make sure everything goes smoothly. If you’ve met her you know she’s an absolute sweetheart who genuinely cares about each event and everyone we collaborate with. And she’s designing some absolutely beautiful stuff every week!! We put a lot of joy into our work but this job has some blood sweat and tears too, quite literally—but Alyssa has as much creativity as she does grit.

Other Alyssa facts: she loves Coke Zero straight from the can and can tell you what Britney Spears is up to at any given moment. She’s also known as DJ Alyssa keeping music playing in the studio while we work!

Thank you Alyssa for everything you do to help us deliver beautiful events 💜
