have you met Alyssa?

Alyssa Mottas started working with us in 2022 and has recently stepped into a larger role of Studio Manager. Alyssa has a hand in every part of wedding production and delivery, basically helping make sure everything goes smoothly. If you’ve met her you know she’s an absolute sweetheart who genuinely cares about each event and everyone we collaborate with. And she’s designing some absolutely beautiful stuff every week!! We put a lot of joy into our work but this job has some blood sweat and tears too, quite literally—but Alyssa has as much creativity as she does grit.

Other Alyssa facts: she loves Coke Zero straight from the can and can tell you what Britney Spears is up to at any given moment. She’s also known as DJ Alyssa keeping music playing in the studio while we work!

SOHA STREET MARKET SUMMER ‘24!! We are so excited to participate in one of our favorite neighborhood events again this Sunday, July 21. Come see us and visit all the awesome businesses and pop-up booths along our block of Harford Road. We’ll have wrapped bouquets ready to go and a station to make your own floral vase arrangement! Bring your kids for an air conditioned activity during the market (all children must be supervised by an adult.)

We are located in the Soha Studios building at 4708 Harford Road—when you enter the lobby you’ll see our neighbors on the right, and we are inside the first door on the left 💜

Can’t wait to see y’all again!

A sneak peek of Ali and Moss’s incredible day and a little peek behind the curtain of where our flowers come from. We work with a lot of wonderful farms and wholesalers to bring so many different designs to life. But I have to thank @twobootsfarm and @hillenhomestead who have been working overtime recently to become the primary source for our event flowers and foliage. Y’all outdo yourselves every year and the flowers just get better and better and better. Maya and Elisa, thank you for working with me so patiently and for exceeding my wildest dreams of what I can source locally every week. The flowers are *glowing* right now.
