Made available in late 2016, the event barn and lake encompass six acres as you drive on a forty-acre farm located at 625 Logging Road in Ohatchee, Alabama. We offer indoor and outdoor events and rental of the property entitles you to both for the event period. The lake is stocked with Koa which are about ten pounds each and are fed about 30 minutes before dark.
Located at the end of a county road, B&R Farms is a working farm which concentrates on exhibition poultry. Currently we have rabbits, geese, guineas, chickens, quail, doves and pigeons, we are not just a building with a farm name. If you enjoy farm sounds, we can accommodate. In addition to the event building we can provide live doves for the event and a white bird release is also available.
Sitting around the farm are various pieces of antique horse drawn equipment. Several antique tractors are also displayed on the farm. Just below the event barn is a working sawmill which was used to cut all the wood that is inside the barn. Tell your guests to come early and enjoy touring a working farm.
