I love food prep and I love my Pampered Chef Knife set. These knives are the best knives I've ever owned..and I've had many different ones, including my Henkels. I'm amazed by these kives every single time I use them.
Cutting up veggies for whatever I'm cooking is one of my favortie things to do. It's like my Yoga lol. I love making differet types of cuts like clicing, dicing, juliene, chifanod and more...but did you know that each knife has a job? For example how many of you knew that tomatoes should be cut with a serrated knife?? That's the only way to stop them from smooshing as you cut them 🙂

Hi Everyone...I hope you all had an awesome day...I usually try to get all fancy with my plating, but that just because I enjoy doing it..I have to show you though..not all my plates are pretty hehe..but I'm ok with that as long as they taste good :) Tonight I had Cast irone seared steak, a twice baked potatoe (thanks to my mom) and a salad. Simple but good.
