How it began.
This all started back when my wife and I were planning our wedding. Everything was going smoothly until we got to the part of choosing an officiant. We really wanted our ceremony to be as fun as possible, so the the idea of having some boring person up there with us was terrifying. We came up with the idea of asking our friend Brian to do it for us. He was a little nervous about it but agreed and did an amazing job. It was risky putting this in the hands of someone without experience but we knew we could trust him.
Fast forward years later and now Brian's planning his wedding. He saw this as the perfect opportunity to get some "pay back" for what I put him through at our wedding. I excitedly agreed and was honored to be a part of their special day.
Since then I've been fortunate enough to do more weddings as well as a vow renewal, each time learning and getting better. One of the things I've learned is the joy I get out of being able to help people on these days. I've made people laugh, I've made people cry but most importantly I come with the experience and loving energy that is vital to all weddings.
