I would like to give an update on our progress here in Brighton. We bought Boes Farm with the intention to turn into an event space and accommodations. We restored the 1904 farm house and turned half the existing Driveshed into a unique 2 bedroom vacation rental. We are waiting on the municipality (planning dept) to give us permission to continue with our plans for the large barn and the other half of the Driveshed. All of which is taking a little longer than we thought it would.
We love it here in Brighton and are trying to add to the community and save our barns, all 3.
