CJ Prop Studio My name is Joshua Marchese and I'm a cosplayer/foamsmith. I started making props back in the summer of 2013.

I've done my research about props, materials and the process since 2009. When I first started, I only made helmets because it was easy and I can experiment with different material. Now that I have experience for making and creating props and armor, I'm open for commissions to satisfy people's costume/cosplay needs.
