Hi, my name is Christine Martinez I am the owner of Charmed Menus Ltd.
Get to know me:
I am a graduate of the Pueblo Community College Culinary Program, I also help out as a community chef occasionally with Cooking Matters, and I am an early childhood educator.
I am only one of the individuals working in the new Empowerment building and collaborating with Ethos in their kitchen also.
✨I have been in restaurants since I was about 15 years old. I mostly worked front of the house, but soon found myself falling in love with creating in the kitchen for the back of the house.
✨I learned so much from the chefs at Pueblo Community College.
Now leaders currently in our community. They really believed I could do great with the ambitions and drive I had. They are big inspirations to me.
✨I came to make friends after graduation doing my internship and work at the Cheyenne Moutain Country Club learning skills from the talented chefs and co workers that really transformed the way I looked at flavor profiling, menu matching, and using my creativity to push out works of art for the
palate.
✨I started as a fooducate with the Pueblo Food Project focusing on food sustainability and collaborating with “cooking matters” to teach knife skills, recipes, and food demos.
Food is a passion in my home life and has been a way for me to connect with my community and plan for bigger better ways to share the skills I’ve learned with those around me.
Below are some of my creations and items from events that became a smashing hit along with some other works I’ve done.
If you are looking to fill any private events, with a speciality twist, please feel free to contact me via messenger. Let’s create together.
