She is the founder of The Connection Hive, a business strategy and growth company that helps event and hospitality businesses scale with intention through strong partnerships, thoughtful positioning, and meaningful relationships. Heather is also the co-owner of Set & Strike, an event labor and logistics company supporting venues, planners, and producers across Northern California.

In addition to her work behind the scenes in the industry, Heather is the host of the podcast Life Conversations with a Twist, where she creates space for real, honest conversations with women about life, business, and the journeys that shape us.
