We are provincially appointed Commissioners of Marriages in Manitoba. We would also be happy to preside over commitment ceremonies if you are in a common-law relationship. If you are planning a destination wedding, we offer legality ceremonies to register your marriage here and to avoid the costly and inconvenient "red tape" that may be necessary for some jurisdictions. If you would like to renew

your vows, we would be honoured to help you in that regard, as well. I will help you to custom-design a ceremony that reflects your unique personalities. We offer rehearsal services so that all interested parties will know what to do on your big day. Should you have a family member that you would like to preside over your ceremony, we can attend to provide the legal signatures without the need for your friend to assume the cost of registering as a one-time commissioner. As well, I can write a beautiful ceremony for your friend to deliver. I can also provide coaching and consultation services for your friend or family member to help them preside over your ceremony with confidence. We are also Manitoba Marriage Licence Vendors and can assist you in acquiring and completing that necessary legal document.

TBT to May, 2024 and COLOUR! One of my favourite parts of any wedding are the flowers! I was absolutely blown away by the gorgeous florals at Tristan and Tim's wedding at Elmhurst Golf and Country Club.

Cheers 🥂 to half a year!
Isabella and Brad were married on one of the windiest days of the summer! How fitting that they were married at Breezy Bend!
I worked with them to create a fun and personal ceremony that emphasizes how they feel like “home” to one another.

I love weddings in cottage country! Kylee and Joel tied the knot at Falcon Trails resort and used the main lodge for their reception, and the yurt for the ceremony space. I loves the vibe of their wedding: it was so clearly a gathering of the people they loved best.
Connie of Harlow Events assembled a dream team of vendors that included Big City All Star Band, and Prairie Kitchen (that charcuterie table!).

What a lovely couple Judy and Rob are! It was absolutely evident to me that for these two, love and laughter are the the defining elements of their relationship. I loved telling their love story and was delighted that their grandchildren played an important role in their ceremony.
I first met Judy when I officiated her daughter, Ashley’s, wedding. I don’t think either of us would have been able to predict that only a few short years later, it would be Judy in a wedding dress!

Chelsea and Michael were married at The White Poplar in July. The weather was lovely for the ceremony, though we certainly kept an eye on the skies!
I loved telling their love story and meeting their sweet children.

"My husband & I had the pleasure of having Sheryl officiate our wedding. We were pleased with everything she helped with from start to finish. Sheryl was really good with helping us organize our ceremony to be about us! It was truly unique & meant the world to both of us. She gave ideas, and thoughts about things we didn’t think about for our ceremony, which we appreciated. The ceremony was strictly about us, which was most important to us when finding an officiant. It was an amazing experience because of Sheryl! We wouldn’t have had the ceremony we did if it wasn’t for her! Several weeks after the wedding, I emailed her because I was unsure how to change my name, and who I needed to contact. She had technically finished her job but was so quick to respond & direct me in the right direction. Overall 10000 out of 10 experience & you should book with Marry Me, Hunnie."

I was so excited to be part of Kyra and Austin's wedding! Austin had no idea when he booked my services that Kyra and I had a history... but when we met on Zoom, we recognized each other from her days in my middle school classroom. She and Austin could not have been more sweet and I loved working with them.

Alyssa and Nikko were married at the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden in Assiniboine Park in June, 2024. I enjoyed working with them to choose meaningful texts that resonated with them and to tell a little of their love story so that their ceremony was focused on Alyssa and Nikko. I was pleased to receive this review of our services:

Sheryl did such an amazing job with our wedding ceremony! We booked the "Signature Plus Ceremony Package," which was a great value. We truly felt our custom ceremony was a beautiful reflection of our relationship. We also felt the rehearsal prior to our wedding ceremony was essential. Sheryl organized everything very well and made our group feel very prepared. We also enjoyed receiving the printed keepsake of our wedding ceremony. Highly recommend!

Danielle and Andrew were married at Lilystone Gardens. It was my first time out at that lovely venue!

We had the pleasure of meeting with Sheryl a few times in preparation for our big day. She was extremely knowledgeable and had so many resources for us to create the perfect ceremony. Sheryl is extremely accommodating, with one week out from our wedding we decided we wanted to add in some personal touches. She took on this task head-on - while at her cabin, and nailed it. We loved our ceremony she had created and so did all of our guests! We would definitely recommend Sheryl to anyone who's needing an officiant!

My favourite thing about creating a Signature ceremony is to put my couples at the heart. I am so glad Andrew and Danielle decided to add their love story to the ceremony!
