Hi Vicky,
I just want to say thank you again for the wonderful job you did for Kaity and Ted's wedding celebration.
Even before we met in person, you gave me some great ideas for the party. Coming to our home and helping plan the layout for the party, the performer, the bar and especially the food and hors d'oeuvres was very insightful and made the flow of the guests, seamless. You and your partner were so efficient it seemed like it was a 3 or 4 person wait staff working. The food was served perfectly and you even made the quesadillas! Serving and taking care of the guests while they were eating and afterward clearing tables was so professionally performed. When you left that evening after the party, it seemed as though there had never been a party inside our home; you cleaned up so well and made our life so much easier.
Because of your great service Diana and I were able to thoroughly enjoy the celebration with sweating the details.

"My husband and I are so blessed to have been able to work with Vicky Randall Waitstaff for our 160 person wedding! Vicky’s team truly goes above and beyond in everything they do. Vicky runs a tight ship and the love she has for her business radiates through the output her team gives. Last minute, our wedding was moved indoors due to weather, which completely altered the configuration for seating and the flow at which her team was prepared to work with. They took the changes in stride and did everything possible to make us feel taken care of. Despite having a wedding coordinator who fell short of their responsibilities, Vicky stepped up and made things happen to ensure a successful wedding. Not to mention, when our caterer did not deliver our food Vicky employed some of her waitstaff to pick it up for a reasonable price to alleviate our stress. We were grieving through a very fresh loss at this time, and if it weren’t for vendors like Vicky we would not have had the beautiful wedding that we did. I will recommend them time and time again. Thank you so much for scheduling Monica and Jenna here for NYE. I just wanted you to know that they did an absolutely outstanding job!!! And, you know, I always think you and the others do a great job, but they really outdid themselves. In addition to helping with the food prep and doing both serving and bartending, they really cleaned up - washed and boxed all the glasses, etc. They are just great to work with, as are you!! People asked about you, of course, because they have all been here before! Only had 32 people here of the 40 that I invited, due to illness and travel, but everyone thought it was the perfect size party. So, I am going to have the party next NYE and only plan on about 36 or so people.
So, please put me on your calendar for 12/31/2024.
