"My husband and I are so blessed to have been able to work with Vicky Randall Waitstaff for our 160 person wedding! Vicky’s team truly goes above and beyond in everything they do. Vicky runs a tight ship and the love she has for her business radiates through the output her team gives. Last minute, our wedding was moved indoors due to weather, which completely altered the configuration for seating and the flow at which her team was prepared to work with. They took the changes in stride and did everything possible to make us feel taken care of. Despite having a wedding coordinator who fell short of their responsibilities, Vicky stepped up and made things happen to ensure a successful wedding. Not to mention, when our caterer did not deliver our food Vicky employed some of her waitstaff to pick it up for a reasonable price to alleviate our stress. We were grieving through a very fresh loss at this time, and if it weren’t for vendors like Vicky we would not have had the beautiful wedding that we did. I will recommend them time and time again. Thank you so much for scheduling Monica and Jenna here for NYE. I just wanted you to know that they did an absolutely outstanding job!!! And, you know, I always think you and the others do a great job, but they really outdid themselves. In addition to helping with the food prep and doing both serving and bartending, they really cleaned up - washed and boxed all the glasses, etc. They are just great to work with, as are you!! People asked about you, of course, because they have all been here before! Only had 32 people here of the 40 that I invited, due to illness and travel, but everyone thought it was the perfect size party. So, I am going to have the party next NYE and only plan on about 36 or so people.
So, please put me on your calendar for 12/31/2024.

Dear Friends:



This year has been a challenging time in many ways for all of us. Do you know how hard it is to keep this feisty Lebanese woman quarantined????? Oh My Gosh!!!!!! But, I’ve stayed home as much as possible and followed the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) recommendations. (I’ve even been tested three times – all negative results 😊)! It’s amazing how many DIY home projects I have tackled and completed. AND SERIOUSLY HOW MANY MASKS CAN ONE PERSON OWN???????

But, now let me get serious. The holiday party season is quickly approaching. Many of you still want to have parties and I want you to know that my team and I are available for you as your Waitstaff. I will be training my team in all aspects of CDC safety precautions:

· All team members will be wearing masks and/or facial shields or both.

· All team members will have a bottle of approved hand sanitizer on their person or in their waitstaff kit and will continually use it throughout your event.

· All team members will be constantly washing their hands and wearing gloves if necessary.

· As much as possible, all team members will practice social distancing measures.

· All team members will maintain a clean and safe environment for you and your guests.

My main concern for this season is that you and your guests have a great time and feel comfortable and safe in your surroundings and with my Waitstaff.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me to reserve me and my Waitstaff team and with any additional safety concerns you might wish to discuss.

We are all in this together………yet apart.

Well, it is 4:00 "AM" and I am still awake getting contracts and all of the staff info's out to my Waitstaff team for the 17 jobs that are coming up while I am gone to my daughter's in SLC. I have the GREATEST Waitstaff team ever!!!! They truly are the BEST at what they do representing me!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I APPRECIATE AND LOVE YOU ALL!!!

OMG! I just had the best gelato I have ever had in my entire life. Blue Ice Gelato, Kolb and Sunrise in the Bashes shopping center. Don, the manager, gave me samples of almost every flavor. Each flavor popped in my mouth and it was true to its name. Banana cream pie gelato....... I swear I was eating an actual banana cream pie. They also make gelato pies and cakes. And they cater! Should be perfect for your summer parties !!!!!

"Vicky Randall's team supported a private party at my home last night. They were far more than we expected. We hired two people to assist with keeping the party prepped, dishes cleared, guests pampered a bit. The two fine team members showed up on time (my house is remote and not the easiest to find), professionally dressed, and ready to jump in. After a short walk through of our party layout they jumped in and pretty much handled everything. They prepared the appetizers by cooking, cutting and assembling a custom dish we showed them, they placed all of the dinner service buffet and kept it stocked. Throughout the night they stocked drinks, removed empty plates and drinks, served desserts, and made sure all of our guests kept a fresh drink in their hand. While we partied outside around the fire pit, they packaged all of the leftovers, cleaned all of the dishes, and made the kitchen spotless. Seriously, they even took apart my six burner gas cooktop and left it cleaner than when they arrived. The staff was courteous, professional, and made the party so easy for us. Please use these folks for any event you may have. The price is very reasonable and the folks that support let you enjoy your own event. Thanks to Vicky and her fine staff. I think you will be getting calls from the others at my party. They were blown away by your team."

What an awesome time I had working for Jane and David's Halloween party and Jane's Birthday!! Jane went thru at least 6 (probably more) HUGE bags of candy. UA band came and played in their front yard - Twice! And they played "Happy Birthday" to Jane! It was such a fun night!!!

We recently used Vicky Randall's services for my backyard wedding. Vicky was very responsive to our needs. Her staff was exceptional. By the end of the evening, we were exhausted and ready for bed. My kitchen, yard and house in general were clean. No dishes, food put away, rental dishes cleaned and put away. What a relief! Our caterer was late due to the Border Patrol stopping them, yep!, but Vicky's staff kept our guests happy by adjusting, passed out remaining appetizers!! The cost of the service was very reasonable considering the work of the team! I definitely recommend Vicky Randall Professional Wait Staff Service!!!!
