What a day! 😄

We had a fantastic time on Sunday at the Balbirnie House wedding fayre hosted by Style a chair. Great to meet so many unique and interesting couples, and hearing all their stories and wedding plans.

It's absolutely brilliant to be able to attend wedding fayres again after all the restrictions. There's nothing quite like meeting and getting to know couples face to face. Our thanks to everyone who made yesterday such a fun event!

Fate is a strange thing… Like many businesses across Fife and Scotland, we’ve been affected by the pandemic and have had to make some changes to our plans for the weeks and months ahead.

At the start of March, we moved into our new office at the Enterprise Hub Fife – a fantastic hub for local business and an exciting new chapter for MidgieBite Media. We’d planned on doing an official “opening” event, though of course, this is now on hold until the crisis has passed. We’ll be home working as much as possible for the foreseeable and this will have to wait.

However, all is not lost. While we’ve obviously had to adapt to the situation (and, of course, have had to cancel our Creative Film Fife Network event at the Kings Live Lounge in May), we’ve got some very exciting plans to keep us active and busy. We’ll be making some announcements very soon, and we can’t wait to share these with you!

In the meantime, we hope everyone stays safe and healthy. Remember to follow the current advice; wash your hands, avoid unnecessary socialising, and use your time at home as best as you can (I, for one, will be brushing up on my Japanese study).

These are strange and concerning times, but I believe that challenges bring us closer together, put things in perspective, and ultimately bring out the best in people. We’ll get through this – together.

A wee personal message from myself.

It was incredibly humbling to be listed as one of the 'Fifers of the Year' for 2019 by the Fife Free Press, which highlighted our mental health film, Cold - Short Film. It genuinely is a privilege to have been listed alongside some incredible people and organisations making a positive difference in .

A very sincere thanks to everyone who has supported me and MidgieBite Media since we started in 2017. I have some really exciting plans for 2020 and am very much looking forward to all of the exciting opportunities in the year ahead! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
