I have had the pleasure of getting to know many of you in the event community over the past few years and have gotten to work with so many wonderful clients. What some of you may not know is that I returned to college shortly before buying Bainbridge Event Rentals with my husband, Doug. I faced many challenges when I was younger and it was a miracle that I was able to graduate high school, 16 years ago. I had little confidence in my ability to thrive in an academic setting and found myself hitting wall after wall for years to come, attending 4 different community colleges before ultimately putting my dreams of obtaining a communications degree on the back burner.
While juggling a post-pandemic life with a toddler and operating the rental business, I decided it was time to finish what I had started all those years before and learned about the program. Their virtual degree programs are designed to support the goals of other like-minded adults who are balancing family and work and everything else life throws your way as a busy adult. I am so grateful to all the faculty that helped me achieve my dream.
With my passion for events, there was no better way to celebrate than with a graduation party! Our friends at are in the testing phases of offering their beautiful, sprawling, 18-acre farm for events and graciously allowed me to host the festivities in their incredible farmhouse. Their team is working hard to offer venue rentals for the 2025 season and this hidden gem cannot be missed! A Big thank you to for the incredible dinner and desserts and to for the beautiful linens! And of course our celebration had to include the to capture the evening (Big thanks to for all of your selfless support through the process of helping me upgrade to our awesome new system and for all the setup help before the party!)
