Apologies if you’ve seen this post a few times but I some customers order via this page and I want to be sure that I thank everyone.
I’ve been a bit quiet on this page as there has been a lot going on at Tudor Towers recently. I have still been making cards for customer orders in the background. The £1 I donate from every card mounted up to £50 which was given to Down Syndrome Cheshire. They have posted this lovely message to say how grateful they are. So thank you to everyone who ordered a card which contributed to the donation.
I’ll have some new items to show you soon but in the meantime, do get in touch with your orders.

These are great decorative pieces or could be used as trinket dishes.

Celebrating in these lockdown days is difficult and hard to know how to make it an occasion. An Afternoon Tea always goes down well and it’s simple to make one yourself and even easier to order from local suppliers. To make it really special, your lovely food needs to be presented using our beautiful vintage china. Hire one of our packages and all you need to do is pick it up, use it and bring it back. Thank you to everyone who bought, cards,rainbows, bunting & baubles from Celebrate & Party this year. As a result I have been able to make a further donation of £100 to Cheshire Down Syndrome Support Group. This means I exceeded my £500 target for this year and as a bonus the £100 has been match funded so CDSSG get a further £100.

Our customer loved her personalised ‘welcome’ sign but admitted she wouldn’t know what to do with it once the party was over. That’s why, even personalised items can still be hired when you hire your vintage china from us. Wouldn’t it have been a shame and a waste if this had ended up in landfill?

We are so sorry that events which involve more than 6 guests cannot go ahead as planned due to the Government announcement today. Our Coronavirus cancellation policy means that there is no charge for hires which have had to be cancelled. Something to think about; if you book with us and Coronavirus causes a cancellation you won’t be out of pocket and have pile of paper plates to find a home for. So book ahead with confidence and in the meantime; Afternnon tea party for 6 anyone?

A bit late but welcome to autumn all the same. My favourite season. Love the colours, the smell of the air and sitting outside under a blanket with a cup of something hot. So far I’ve crocheted some pumpkins ( which I’m not overwhelmed with), a cute boho rainbow and some autumnal bunting.

This bee-autiful Baby Shower has everyone buzzing. We love the way that Mummy to bee, Lucy put everything together and we were so glad to contribute to the overall look with our bits and pieces. Our bee fans created a fabulous backdrop for Lucy’s handmade cake which was elevated by our footed cake plate. The cupcakes with cute little bees got the attention they deserved on one of our 3 tier cake stands. The ‘Welcome’ sign made sure everyone knew they were in the right place and can also be hired from us. Details of our Bee Baby Shower package which includes the fan backdrop and welcome sign follow shortly but get in touch if you need to book a date. It's lovely to be able to hire out our fabulous china and party kits again. I've also enjoyed making these decorations and accessories to help the celebrations go with a swing. First of all, our blue & yellow plates teamed up well for this 13th Birthday theme. (Photo is my practice set up) The Happy Birthday Banner is included in your hire and matching customised accessories are available at extra cost. This photo booth frame was made especially for the 'Birthday Girl' and she's had a great idea for using it after the event ;watch this space.

Happy Father’s Day, I hope you all have an enjoyable day. Sadly, like many, my Dad is no longer with us but I will celebrate the memories and happy times. In fact, when taking this photo and looking for a prop, I used Dad’s Readers Digest gardening books. It made me think that I had something of Dad’s in almost every room in the house. His music folder in the study, books in the spare bedroom, carpenter pencils and notebooks in the desk in the hall and his yardstick in the craft room. So although he’s been gone 20 years, all these things speak to me of the kind of man Dad was. His love of music, history and astronomy,( there’s a telescope somewhere), always doing something in the garden or fixing something in the shed and taking charge over the family accounts.So don’t be too quick to throw things away; keep hold of a few silly little things that remind you of Dad.

I've created a new page to sell my cards and decorations. For every card I sell, I will donate £1 to Cheshire Down's Syndrome Support Group and some items will support other charities close to my heart. So, please head over to the page 'Celebrate & Party Cheshire'.
Please have a look and 'like' the page and when you next need a card, you can buy something different, without going near a shop and know that you are helping a small but important charity. I'll be grateful for your support.
As you know I had recently introduced waste reducing kids' party kits to hire, from this page,(on pause at the
moment) The Kids' party hire sits more comfortably with the new page and so in future , that will be advertised mostly from that page.

Happy Birthday to a satisfied customer yesterday. Oliver, age 5, decided to display his favourite superhero on our red and blue fans. Originally intended as a cake backdrop, Oliver decided he wanted to put it on the mantelpiece. The customer is always right.
