New chef which means one thing New Menu, come and try our delicious food 😋

Kids menu we can do all meals except the steak in smaller portions and we offer a kids menu at the bar. 👨‍👧‍👦

We will be opening the kitchen this Sunday for our new delicious roasts, 😁

This weeks meat will be Turkey or Beef 😋

We will be serving from 12 - 6 so please get booked in to avoid disappointment. 📔

As part of the Anne Lister Birthday Festival 2022, guided tours of the ‘Streets in the Sky’ above Halifax Borough Market are available this week on Tuesday 5th, Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th April at 11am and 1.30pm!

On these tours you’ll explore the unique architecture of Halifax Borough Market, learn about its history, visit both of the ‘Streets in the Sky’, where some of the houses are still used by the businesses below and a couple are still lived in; and get an exclusive look inside one of the uninhabited houses.

Afterwards you can grab a cuppa and enjoy some food at one of the locally-owned independent cafes and delis in the Market.

We are not giving the Fleece up however, just retiring, leaving the pub in the very capable hands of Luke Appleyard as general manager and Lauren Ingle as deputy general manager.
