Jason Irwin has been a professional DJ in upstate NY for three decades...providing the entertainment for wedding receptions, reunions, school dances, holiday parties, private parties, clubs & bars at locations all over the Northeast. Jason has an unlimited, ever-growing selection of great music, including everything from the classics to the hottest hits of today, as well as modern, great sounding
equipment, a visually stunning light show and music video playback and projection capabilities. His entertaining personality makes him the perfect host or MC for any occasion. Jason Irwin has been a professional DJ since 1988, when he started his own business, Party Sounds DJ Entertainment, at age 18 and began playing music at his hometown school dances at South Glens Falls Schools. His Family's business, the Tee-Bird Country Club, also provided him with many years of experience as the DJ for hundreds of wedding receptions, school reunions, holiday parties, and other special events. Jason soon expanded Party Sounds into one of the most popular mobile DJ services in the Northeast, performing at nearly every venue and reception hall in the area. Jason began a decade-long career in radio in 2002 at WEQX 102.7FM (Manchester VT) as an on-air radio personality and Music Director for the station. In 2006, he began entertainment writing for the Glens Falls Chronicle, and his column, "Rock Around the Block" can currently be read biweekly. In 2015, he began hosting "Local 95", a local music radio show on WCQL Hits 95.9FM (Queensbury NY) which currently airs on Sunday nights at 9:30pm. Jason is also a well-known solo acoustic musician (singer and guitarist) and full-band performer (Phillips Head.) He is also the house DJ and sound engineer at JP Bruno's Bar & Grill in Glens Falls.
