✨Our holiday hors d’oeuvre collection is dressed to impress and full of festive flair. From Chestnut Gougères and Cranberry & Brie Risotto Fritters to Braised Short Rib Sliders on pretzel buns (with a side of apple cider, of course) — every bite is merry and bright. 🎄

One of our favorite things about the events industry is the personal relationships we’ve built through all the years, especially with venues like ✨ we’ll be there tonight for a gala we’ve been catering for many years, and to see the room full of real people, enjoying our food, our dedicated wait staff. surrounded by event partners, and peers who bring these moments to life. Even in the midst of back-to-back events, incredible galas, and major productions — it’s the food that brings us home. 🍂✨ The elegant simplicity of our seasonal menus always grounds us: mushroom-smothered chicken, pomegranate molasses salmon, fennel chicken with grape relish & anise purée, roasted caulilini, and perfectly crispy fingerlings.
