In honor of World Oceans Day, we are excited to officially roll out our 2024 Emissions Report! Last year, we formalized our PPCC Action Plan and kicked off a Pilot Program with strategies to target the driving contributors of food emissions. We’re proud to report over 22% reductions in our menu emissions year-over-year, a total savings of 188,252 kg CO2e and 2.4 kg CO2e per guest served at our events! TPC is honored to have catered the annual ‘Serving Up Home’ event at the Prince George Ballroom!✨

Serving Up Home is the signature annual fundraising event hosted by Breaking Ground’s Junior Board, aimed at supporting the organization’s mission to combat homelessness in New York City.

This premier evening brought together over 300 guests for a buffet-style dinner, open bar, live entertainment, and a silent auction featuring exclusive items and experiences. The event’s proceeds directly benefit Breaking Ground’s outreach teams—the largest street-level effort in NYC dedicated to helping unsheltered individuals transition into permanent housing. Funds raised support critical data collection and engagement strategies that connect vulnerable New Yorkers to safe, stable homes .

Since its inception in 2014, the Junior Board has played a vital role in raising awareness and funds for Breaking Ground’s programs. Serving Up Home has become a seasonal tradition, celebrating the start of summer while making a tangible impact on the lives of those experiencing homelessness.

This Earth Day, we rolled up our sleeves and made a tangible impact! Our dedicated team initiated a Long Island City community street cleanup, collecting an impressive 176 pounds of litter. It’s a testament to what we can achieve together for our planet.

Meanwhile, our very own Tommy Preti Jr. and Executive Chef Chris Tonti marked a significant milestone by attending the one-year anniversary lunch of NYC’s Plant-Powered Carbon Challenge. As inaugural signatories, we’ve committed to reducing the carbon footprint of our menus by 25% by 2030—a pledge we’re passionately pursuing through innovative, plant-forward culinary creations .

🌸 Spring is in the air—and so is the buzz for an incredible season ahead in the Hamptons! 🌞

This week, Thomas Preti hit the road to connect with new and old friends as we prepare for an exciting calendar of spring and summer events.

Our first stop: the always fabulous Linda Vacey of From there, we had the pleasure of meeting with the inspiring Suzannah Wainhouse at where every spirit is truly farm to glass, grown and distilled right on the same land. We can’t wait to feature their lineup in our bespoke beverage program. 🍸🌾
We were also lucky to get an early peek at the newly reopened Sagaponack General Store, back in business after a 5-year renovation. It’s a timeless gem full of charm and local history! 🪵✨
Later, we toured three of the most intimate and enchanting properties perfect for gatherings of 60–175 guests: 🏡 Baker House 1650, East Hampton – a dreamy venue in the heart of the village
🌿 The Reform Club, Amagansett – where luxury meets natural beauty
🌊 The Roundtree, Amagansett – for those who love that elevated, laid-back beachy feel

Thank you for bringing the fun and for creating the most immersive heist experience we’ve ever been apart of!
