Little personal pan cutie from the other day 🥰😋🍴👩‍🍳🤟🏾 don’t mind the pale dough our pizza oven was still coming up to temp & I was impatient 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

This lil guy is topped with local heirloom tomatoes, peaches, fresh basil, goat cheese, smoked chicken and a glaze drizzled over top that I made from the poaching liquid the peaches cooked in. It was delicious if I do say so myself!

Spent a total of like 6 hours on 300 of these lil cuties.

Poached peaches in white wine served over buttermilk mousse. I topped them with our house made honey granola and reduced the poaching liquid to drizzle on top with fresh mint! I’m proud of these lil guys & more pleased that they taste even better than they look 🍴👩‍🍳🔥
