Golden Hour Studios I love the real & authentic moments. The raw and in between. I’d take an imperfect image full of perfect emotion any day of the week.

I see my style as unique and because of that, I call it “artistic documentary.” On a wedding day, I'm more concerned with real, authentic moments than I am with taking 50 photos of your shoes. I want to tell a story but do it in an up-close-and-personal kind of way. A way that most photographers feel uncomfortable doing. Getting close to and being in moments when they are happening will grab you a

nd pull you into the photo rather than feeling distant and emotionally disconnected. While I’m documenting your one of a kind story, I’m doing it with an artistic touch. I love composing photos in a way that will make you stop, think & feel. All of this circles back to the biggest thing of all; making your photos personal to you. I do all of that without the cheesiness so often found in the wedding industry.

Meet Jesse

I'm a New York wedding photographer and I document weddings all over this great state in addition to anywhere you can drive a car or fly a plane to (read: the world). A little about me: I'd rather sleep in a tent than a bed. Hiking mountains is my preferred method of cardio. I'd rather be shooting photos than anything else. You're not only hiring a photographer, you're also hiring a person. A person you will spend more time with than anyone else on your wedding day. I think it's important that we get to know each other.

I believe in documenting real, authentic moments. I don't believe in cheesiness. I do believe in capturing not only the look but the feel of your location. I don't believe in awkwardness. I do believe that you have one wedding day and you should spend it having fun and not working for your photographer.
