This is one of the cleverest of all magic painting effects.
Performer picks up a Do-It-Yourself Instant Art Kit. From a large window envelope he removes a large black and white picture.
Having freely displayed this, this is placed back once more inside the envelope, NEVER FOR AN INSTANT LEAVING THE SIGHT OF THE AUDIENCE.
Next a coloured streamer is picked up and swirled around the air. Now for the magic! The streamer is given one or two flicks, the colours visibly leaving the streamer plain black. If you wish, a shower of confetti can appear this stage.
WHEN THE PICTURE IS REMOVED FROM ITS ENVELOPE IT IS NOW FOUND TO BE BEAUTIFULLY PAINTED IN COLOUR!!!!!

It comes with Wonder Workshop Notes with 3 versions of the The Mind Controlled Glass, The Perfect real glass, 2 discs, 1 has slight white discolouring to it ( but doesn’t hinder the look or working of the effect ) the 2nd disc with the hole is perfect.
With Ted Lesley’s glass when you fill it with liquid you don’t have to hold the glass & when you hold it upside down you can pass it from hand to hand with the liquid sill in, until you want it to spill out. Plus if you use one of the routines in the notes the spectator can hold the glass full of water upside down while you push tooth picks in the bottom!

It is in fact a beautiful plush green working pad one side & dice stacking surface on the other side, designed so it can be turned over during a show.
I brought it from the School For Scoundrels in the U.S. & had a carpenter/joiner make & fit into a solid oak surround with a lip, so the dice for dice stacking & the balls for the cups & balls don’t drop off the surface.
I used it as is on a table & with a keyboard stand.
It is heavy so perfect for outside on the keyboard stand.

The Prestige Table by Subdivided Studios - £1,100.00 including tracked post U.K

This table was made for me in the U.S about 20 years ago by a well known maker of fine magic tables.
It’s made of solid mahogany with a beautiful plush working surface, with holdouts in the back for coins & cards, plus a shelf for all your gear.

I used it for bar magic in hotel residences, as i was working the same hotels week after week, year after year, I didn’t want to limit myself to going around the tables in the bar but preferred guests coming to me next to the bar so I could use so much more material & work a great close up show.

The Top is approximately 26” X 33” The height is approximately 33” the perfect height to stand behind, the table top can stay flat or raised up like in the photos.

The table breaks down to five pieces & is carried in two bags I had made by a marine upholsterer (cost me £450.00) so they are very strong with two carry handles & two shoulder straps.

It sets up in about 5 minutes & just clips together.

Please note the table is VERY HEAVY. I can carry the bags one at a time but would be easier with a trolley.
