Kick off your 4th of July day with the Giant Street Parade 9:30am-12:00pm.
**streets closed at 9am**
The Firecracker 5K precedes the parade so watch for runners and walkers along the route. Those ambitious folks would appreciate your applause!
Please do not park vehicles on the the parade route and watch for street closure signs.

Tips for Tuesday 🤠

Weddings with family can be a huge reunion!

The littles can be a big part of the day. When having children in your party, please have a space that they can go to for their enjoyment! Even a person that is asked to help them as the party goes later is a plus😊 some of our venue spaces around this area are a huge space with woods and fields. They need to be fully watched for possible injury’s and wandering off!
When the dancing starts, then the fun begins 🎉

Beautiful July we are having with weddings in full swing 🌹

With this beautiful weather, the dust at events can be awful! Please drive safely and with respect to others around you.
Our venues around this area have many gravel roads and when you are driving them, be aware of the speed limits that are posted. When on a farm, animals, small children and equipment could be just around the corner of where you are headed !
Also, please have a designated driver if there are adult beverages served! No lecture needed 🤷‍♀️

Leave your home with plenty of time to get to your destination.

We welcome our guests, from all counties, but be respectful 🌻

When planning your big day, please look into a wedding coordinator or planner !
Some sites require this!

They could be someone you trust and are organized or a professional that is their job!
I know it is hard to give up control to another, but they can make your day or event so much more relaxed 😎
Event sites can recommend, have their own on site or possibly you know someone that coordinated another wedding you were part of.
It makes it much easier knowing, we with the site, have someone we can contact also. For before and during the event 🥰

Your day should be all about you and your newly wed, not stressful 💕

Tuesday Tip Day 💐

When attending an outdoor wedding this summer, apply an insect repellent before you arrive! This helps with some of the nasty bites that we can get during the event. Also, bring a small can just to make sure.
On that note, please bring an EpiPen if you or your family member are allergic to bee’s! Yes, yellow jackets love the food too😊

Hi Friends,
My Tuesday Tip for outdoor events !

When using vases on tables, put pebbles or small rocks in the water 💦 Will save your tablecloth when trying to set tables ! This has happened several times at farm from the wind we get here on the hill 🤠
