I think one of humanity’s biggest problems is that we’re cut off from our view of the stars.

In the days of antiquity, without light and particle pollution, the night sky was brilliant from anywhere on the planet.

Like we were sitting on the front porch of the universe, gazing out at all the possibilities.

So much wisdom is encoded in the skies.

The stars have always guided humankind.

We looked up to orient ourselves below, erecting temples in alignment with the stars and making maps to find our ways across the seas.

We created lore and myth and assigned them to the heavens.

Whether the astrological stories were fabricated by humans or somehow woven into the fabric of this relativity objectively, does it make a difference?

Either way, it’s a mirror of us.

The stars hold a map of the human psyche in the zodiac wheel - the archetypes of personality.

When we observe that pattern through studying astrology, it’s like we’re once again looking up, to orient ourselves down here.

Unfortunately, we don’t get the chance to stare deep into the cosmos with our naked eyes much anymore.

So much is blocked from our view and I believe this truly is a form of blindness for humankind.

If we spent every night lying by a fire, gazing at the celestial fires, we would be connected to the deepest Truths of our universe.

This is why ceremonies that connect us to and honor the position of the skies (even if we can’t see them) are important.

Connecting with the stars through the myth and the zodiac signs are a way for us to orient ourselves in our lives.

Ceremony and ritual is one of the oldest pieces of human civilization, along with looking to the stars to orient.

When we use this ancient mirror to orient ourselves, we can look deep into our psyches and understand more about ourselves, and our place in the world.

Today and always, we ask for all humans, but especially those who are systemically privileged, live in colonial countries, or hold power,

to question your programming.

Really get honest with yourself.

Who have you been programmed to trust?

Who have you been programmed to distrust?

When you see brown bodies being bombed, do you feel they are somehow separate or fundamentally different from you?

Do you believe that Islam is an inherently violent and oppressive religion?

When a woman wearing a hijab walks into a room, what do you instinctively feel?

If your city was bombed and under siege, your entire family killed, your best friend shot while getting bread for you, you had been herded from camp to camp for months on end, you had no drinking water, you have no food, you had no access to health care - would you want to fight back?

I taught meditation at an innovation summit recently.

My biggest takeaway was that there are so many people out there still afraid to try new things, feel their feelings, and find out who they really are.

These people are doing big things…but they don’t even know WHO THEY ARE.

We need leaders who are connected to their hearts.

Otherwise, the enterprise that arise in this world are only serving an outer need for security.

When we can move from a grounded, inspired place, connected to our spirit WE CAN THRIVE.

We can make decisions in alignment with who we truly are rather than who we’ve been told we should be.

We can be bold.

We can share our truth.

We no longer let our past dictate our future.

And this is what we need most of all.

People who are not programmed to be cogs in a machine -

But instead

People who know how to think for themselves,

who can see propaganda a mile away,

and can come up with ideas that are collaborative rather than competitive because we’re not being controlled by scarcity and fear.

I grew up with people telling me what to believe.

And it didn’t feel good in my belly.

I always questioned, inwardly.

I saw hypocrisy, hate, and self-judgment being spread.

That was the start of me losing my religion.

When I woke up to the evil that the church has spread across the Earth, I really rejected it.

But I never lost my connection to and love for the divine.

I just had a supreme distaste for teachers.

It wasn’t until I met teachers who asked me questions and reflected my blind spots back to me that I began to want to work with a teacher again.

Really good teachers know where to tell you where to look to ignite alchemy within.

They show you things about yourself that it would have taken you years to see without their guidance.

They poke you where you need to be poked.

And a connected teacher, who channels from a pure source, can take you deep into yourself and activate your own inner knowing.

We are all connected to our own Spirit.

Sometimes our programming runs interference, it’s like static on a radio.

You can’t hear the message clearly.

My job as a teacher is to help you notice the static, find out where it’s coming from, and turn it down, so you can hear YOUR TRUTH.

This is the process of Spiral of the Star - clearing the static from the body, alchemizing mental and emotional trash to higher consciousness, is all so that the channel is clear for you to HEAR yourself.

But we want things to change overnight.

Sometimes it does - big epiphanies happen, spells are broken, power is taken back.

And a lot of times when these things happen we hope that our relationships, finance, and business will change overnight too.

My truth is, I’ve been caught in this roller coaster a few times- idealizing ‘big shifts’ instead of honoring slow, grounded process towards change.

And when I d take a step back and see how I’ve managed to position myself exactly where I want, learn the things I’ve wanted to, and cultivate the experiences I’ve wanted to experience, I see that it has all come from me showing up again and again to the alchemical altar of my life.

Again and again offering myself up to be changed, shedding pieces, making adjustments, refining.

Our need to see huge shifts quickly, change overnight and get to our end goal fast is actually a product of patriarchy.

Finding my way back to honoring the gradual redirection of my life has been a reclamation.

To not compare myself to others and instead find the joy in what I’ve shifted internally, has been my resistance to the patriarchy.

Remembering to look at all I’ve created rather than feeling desperate to create all that I have yet to bring forth, has been a win.

It all comes in Spirals, remembering and forgetting and remembering.

And that’s beautiful. Life is beautiful and imperfect.

Slow progress sticks. Simple is effective.

And when we take small steps and look back, we suddenly realize there *has* been a huge change.

This is why Spiral of the Star teaches simple shifts and gives space to apply and integrate them into our lives.

Conscious mothers, female leaders, fem high achievers, and lineage healers often put themselves last.

They serve with their whole hearts, caring for their family, feeling the pain their ancestors couldn’t face, taking on roles that no one like them has before.

Yet, they feel only half-fulfilled.

Happy to serve and hopeful for the future, but also tired.

Burnt out. Worn down.

Like there is a flame missing from their lives.

They lack of confidence when they speak in rooms of men.

They hesitate to share their true thoughts with their community.

They get physical symptoms and sickness.

In the Western, patriarchal world, we have been told to follow a to-do list of achievements to be good people, mothers, women.

Tending to our spiritual selves is not one of them.

To be in a state of panic and lack is woven into the very fabric of our society. The USA is an anxiety factory.

I know the fear of not living up to expectations. Even though I have lived an amazing life outside of the norm, I still struggle with feeling like I’m behind or not enough, especially when I cross the border into the United States.

But the Age of Aquarius is upon us and more people than ever are waking up. Enough people are seeing the Truth that it is inevitable that we will enter a Golden Age of innovation, humanitarianism, and brotherhood.

Spiral of the Star is a school that activates the Age of Aquarius within and catalyzes it outwardly.

We do that by countering the patriarchy.

We befriend our nervous systems, rest, heal in community, shift from the victim to artist, AND channel our spirit, the one who remembers we are infinite, timeless sparks of the Divine, worthy of a beautiful life.

Did you know this about me?

I grew up Christian, and yet, I always remembered the significance of dreams, numbers, and signs. My faith was redemptive, but I often questioned the dogma. I asked myself ‘why’ a lot in church.

After spending the first 22 years of my life in Idaho, I moved to Greece in 2012 and soon after secured a job in Singapore. There, I was introduced to yoga, meditation, and Eastern philosophy, which felt like a remembering.

Expanding my worldview also expanded my knowledge of various wisdom traditions. Yoga stood out to me as an experiential practice, offering insights through personal experience rather than blind belief.

I began seeing an energy healer, witnessing firsthand how changes in the subtle level of reality affect the physical. I traveled to Thailand to learn Reiki, completing 25 hours of clinical training in hospitals, psych wards, and even a zoo.

My deep dive into Yogic philosophy included teacher training in India and further studies with Embodied Philosophy in New York City. The Eastern path to enlightenment transformed my thinking and revealed how easily reality can be manipulated.

In 2018, after another two years in Singapore, I completed a third yoga training in Yin Yoga, which introduced me to Zen philosophy. Its simplicity and focus on balance resonated with me: we’re all enlightened, we just don’t realize it. I deepened my understanding of Buddhism and equanimity through a Vipassana, 10 days of silence and 100 hours of meditation.

From Asia, I moved to Latin America and immersed myself in the traditions of the Maya and the Inca, woven into the lands here. At Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, I found my soul’s home at Las Pyramides del Ka, a meditation school studying the Mystical Qabalah. There, I explored lucid dreaming, Tarot, numerology, astrology, and their connections to the Tree of Life.

Everything in my life seemed to lead to that point. I committed fully to my studies, completing three courses spanning five months and 80 days of silence at Las Pyramides del KA.

During 40 consecutive days of silence, I discovered my mission: to serve the 17th Tarot mystery, The Star.

If you rely too much on your conscious mind, that might manifest as:

-Analysis paralysis aka overthinking everything, using logic against logic

-Seconding guessing your decisions once you’ve made them

-Living life like its a hamster wheel, just ticking boxes of things you’re ‘supposed’ to do

-Burnout, exhaustion, boredom, not feeling excited by life

If you rely too much on unconscious mind that might manifest as:

-Feeling ungrounded, pushed around by life

-Like you’re floating from experience to experience with no through line

-Trouble in finances/business

-Repeating the same patterns again and again

To harmonize the two sides of ourselves and take the turns of the Spiral of life with intention - we get to use both the conscious and the subconscious.

When we learn to use them together - that’s when the real magic happens.

This can manifest as:

-Being in the right place at the right time for opportunities (aka LUCK)

-Having the answers to your questions find YOU via people, books, quotes, or even license plates ;)

-Feeling like you’re making all the right decisions at just the right time

-Clarity inside, even when s**t is crazy outside

Many practices exist to step into superconsciousness.

How do you show up when s**t falls apart?

When I got diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2020, I was in denial, then I fell into a depression and blamed and shamed myself for what was happening.

It wasn’t until someone reframed this experience to me as learning the language of my body that I realized I was going through an initiation.

When I stopped resisting reality and wishing it was different, I shifted from the victim to the creator.

I worked that initiation- I now can relate to how it feels to get diagnosed with an ‘incurable disease,’ I have a much better understanding of my body, and I listen closer to myself.

I also didn’t gaslight myself. I let myself grieve, that was part of the acceptance rather than resistance phase.

Since I was diagnosed, I’ve now been in remission most of the time.

Recognizing Tower moments for what they are and locking into Faith and Hope is an initiation with huge rewards.

We’re all going to undergo challenges, but when we can face them with a warrior’s dedication and love, we feel what it is to be human.

Assuredness in the face of uncertainty is a superpower.

S**t happens and we don’t need to act like it’s not terrible to be in one of these states.

AND, when you can have the presence to recognize the tower moment and open up to the experience instead of resisting it,

So much medicine awaits.

This process of Emotional and Mental Alchemy is the second step of learning in the Spiral of the Star rings.

How do we as individuals catalyze the Age of Aquarius?

We do it within us.

Step 1 - Heal and clear ancestral trauma + karma

Step 2 - Recognize that we are creators, or rather that divine consciousness is creating through us, that we are truly vessels of God

Step 3 - Self-Actualization

Step 4 - Service to Earth to ensure that all human have the safety, support, and freedom to self-actualize

The current systems are restricting most people’s ability to accomplish any of these steps themselves.

We are stuck in fight or flight/survival mode. All root chakra. No room to explore and move up. No room to even think.

But we can’t free someone else until we free ourselves.

The invitation of Spiral of the Star is to do the internal work and the external work.

To heal and be of service to the collective.
