Jalapeños: How to Tell If They're Hot or Mild Before You Buy Them

The Silver Spoon is a licensed and insured business servicing Palm Beach County and South Florida. Chef Moira is a Florida Certified Food Handler and a member in good standing of The American Personal Chef Association.
